Returning to My True Self, Not My Ideal Self | Creator's Code Collection #019

Hello, I am Arya.
This series is a place where I put into words the codes I receive from my daily realizations.

“This audiobook will find you when you need it most”Just as those words say, realizations always arrive gently at the moment you need them.

That is how they reach you.

Codes are the unconscious settings that quietly shape reality.
I record these small changes as poems in Japanese and English, accompanied by scenes of nature.

This time,
I will write about the moment I began to head toward my 'true self' rather than my 'ideal self'.

The code that opens the future

I tried to envision my ideal, and I became confused

Following the audiobook's exercise, I tried to envision my ideal self.

It was a so-called 'manifestation' exercise where you imagine an ideal state and spend your time as if you are already there.

A future where my accessories sell effortlessly, customers are delighted, and energy circulates.

I pictured that state, felt that joy in advance, and tried to spend 24 hours in that vibration.

However, for some reason, I became deeply confused.

The more I asked myself, 'What do I want to become?', the more restless I felt, and my thoughts scattered.

Something was wrong.

My expressionless self

In a dialogue with AI, another version of me suddenly appeared.

My expressionless self.

It was not my future self, nor my past self. It was just standing nearby, quietly watching me.

That gaze was neither cold nor kind. It held no joy and no sorrow.

Only the strength ofbeingwas there.

A slight shiver ran down my spine. But, strangely, I was not afraid.

"What do you want to convey?"

The moment I asked that question, an image of what I envisioned as my ideal self surfaced.

I saw myself selling accessories one after another. I was moving around, assembling boxes, applying tape, and checking shipping lists.

Standing right beside that scene was my expressionless self.

One box bumped into her. My expressionless self didn't move. She didn't even blink; she just watched.

She didn't say a word. But it resonated clearly.

"That's not it."

"Aligning frequencies" had two meanings.

I finally understood the reason for my confusion.

I had known it all along.

In an article I wrote previously about "aligning frequencies," I had penned this:

Instead of using trial and error to change reality, align your own waves and wait for connections to overlap. At that moment, the world begins to move naturally.

But manifestation work says, "Imagine your ideal state and align yourself with that vibration."

Both use the words "frequency" and "vibration." Although the words are similar, what they point to is different.

"Manifestation-style frequency"
● Aligning yourself with the vibration of an ideal state
● The frequency of a future you want to become
● Changing yourself to go and match it

"The frequency I know"
● Returning to your own original waves
● The frequency that is already yours
● Simply by existing, you become aligned

The truth within me is "returning to my true self."

But manifestation is "aligning with my ideal self."

That is why I was confused.

My expressionless self appeared and quietly taught me.

"You already know."

Not "moving toward the future," but "having the future open up"

It seems I am not the type to move toward the future, but the type for whom the door opens from the future when I return to my center.

There was no need for me to try and pry open the door to the future myself.

In fact, the moment I reached out forcefully, my expressionless self would stand still and quiet, teaching me, That is not the way to enter.

The same mechanism as making accessories

This is very similar to the feeling I get when I create my work.

Whenever I draw a precise picture of the finished product and put effort into "making it exactly like this!" for some reason, the materials just don't fit together.

But once I return to a moment of stillness, stop thinking, and let my hands move naturally, the materials harmonize on their own, and a beauty beyond my intention is born.

In that moment, I feel not that I am "creating," but that "creation is happening through me."

I feel that the future works on the exact same mechanism.

It is not that I go to the future. When I return to my center, the future quietly opens the door for me.

It is not that the future where I am busy packing is being denied. It is just that the way of jumping into that future with momentum does not seem to suit me.

What my expressionless self wanted to convey

What my expressionless self wanted to convey was,

"The ideal is not something to be placed in the future. It is something that begins from the center of my true self."

Align your own waves and wait for the connections to overlap. If you do that, the world will naturally begin to move.

This time, what my expressionless self taught me was that "aligning your waves" simply means returning to your center.

You don't need to try to match the vibration of an ideal; you just need to return to your true self.

If you do that, the connections will begin to overlap quietly.

It wasn't that I couldn't envision an ideal. It was the realization that there is no need to try to attract an ideal.

Why are you expressionless?

Human love:
● Encouraging by saying, "It's okay"
● Praising by saying, "You worked hard"
● Empathizing by saying, "That must have been tough"

Love as existence:
● Saying nothing
● Expressing nothing
● Just, being there
That, might be the ultimate form of unconditional acceptance.

I think my expressionless self appears quietly
whenever I drift away from my essence.

But it says nothing.
It just stands there.

When I asked, "What are you trying to tell me?"
I heard "That's not it" for the first time.

The reason it is expressionless is
because any version of me is okay.
Because it knows everything about me, there is no need to react.

It can guide me.
But if I don't notice that guidance,
it will appear again.

I think it will stand quietly as many times as it takes, waiting for me to ask.

After a while, my expressionless self
was no longer looking at me.

It turned its back and began walking ahead.

"You finally realized, didn't you?"

That voice echoed quietly.

My expressionless self

walked ahead for a while.

And then, it vanished.
