Reached 300 articles. Aiming for 400.
Good morning. It is 20.9°C and sunny. It is still hot during the day. I am quite busy this week, so I am chasing deadlines for my deliverables. Hmm, I guess I have no choice but to wake up early...
I am currently doing a 1000-article challenge on note. With yesterday's publication, I have finished 300 articles. I am trying to post every day so that I can reach 1000 articles as quickly as possible. I would like to look back on things, including my purpose for writing 1000 articles on note. I like reflecting.
Looking back from 200 articles to 300 articles.
In terms of time, it took exactly three months. During this time, my second child was born. I couldn't manage my time well, and my streak of daily posts stopped. I comforted myself by saying that these things happen, and while focusing on raising a newborn and taking care of my wife, I reached my 300th article just as my daily routine was returning. I was so desperate just to keep going that I couldn't touch any rewrites or new things I wanted to do.

I will look back on my access statistics.

In terms of numbers, the results are stagnant overall compared to the 100 to 200 article period.
It was a three-month period where I focused only on continuing. I'm glad I was able to keep going.
The articles that were in the top tier and had stable access are these.
I wonder if they are being searched for via SEO with some keyword. The reason is unknown.
Personally, I like solving mysteries, so I want to solve this mystery someday.
The articles that entered the top tier this time are here.
My guess is that it might be because there were easily searchable keywords like "MUJI" and "housekeeping service."I've only written 300 articles so far, so this might not be a good reference, but my impression is that articles with a lot of traffic are almost entirely determined by the title.
In order to increase traffic from other platforms, I have also been continuing to post quite modestly, such as introducing picture books on Ameblo, writing haiku to capture parenting moments, and posting on X. I am very forgetful, so I keep a lot of logs. For photos and videos of my children, I use Mitene. For daily snippets and notes for each child, I use PiyoLog. For books I've read, I use Biblia. For books other than picture books, I use Booklog. For family memories, things I want to do, and equipment management, I use Notion. For weight tracking, I use Asuken. For notes, I use iPhone Notes. For to-dos, I use Google Tasks. For household budget management, I use Money Forward. For plant photography at travel destinations and parks I visit, I use Picture This. There are so many, aren't there?
Things I want to do while aiming for 400 articles
・I want to do the rewrites I couldn't do. 10 articles.
→ Make them easier to read and understand. I want to edit the articles that are being read.
・I want to create a note magazine. 1 magazine.
→ Stock them so they can be useful to someone.
・I want to build a strategy for platforms centered on note
→ To build a foundation for operating a book cafe
I hope to accomplish these things by the time I reach 400 articles.
Thinking while running. It's easy to write, but I want to see it through.
