[Summer Exclusive] We have started making and selling cold brew coffee packs
Hello everyone!
This is Oshima from Bamboo Lab.
This article is an announcement about the start of our cold brew coffee sales!
Enjoy iced coffee decaffeinated!
I got to know someone through a connection and sent them some decaffeinated cold brew coffee packs as a thank you. About a month later,
Do you still have any cold brew coffee packs in stock?
It was so delicious that I want to drink it again, and I can no longer be satisfied with other cold brew coffees lol
So, this is an announcement that I have listed decaffeinated cold brew coffee packs in the store!
What is the lineup?
The lineup of green beans includes our recommended decaffeinated coffees:
- Ethiopia
- Guatemala
.
Other than decaf, we will add dark roast beans to the lineup depending on stock.
We can also prepare decaf from Brazil, Indonesia, and Colombia, so please feel free to contact us if you are interested.

The caffeine is safely removed using the Mountain Water process.
The caffeine removal rate is an astonishing 99.9%.
Let's roast them!

The product uses 32g per pack with 180g of roasted beans, so I will make a total of 6 packs.

Put them in the bean hopper and we are ready to go!

I wanted to bring out the sweetness and bitterness, so I roasted them for a long time at a lower heat than usual.
Let's pack them with a sealer!

Since they are individually wrapped, the flavor lasts a long time.

I used a perfectly sized shipping box for Click Post.
I roasted, packed, and shipped these while wishing for you to have a delicious cold brew coffee!
I hope you enjoy the taste of this cold brew coffee.
The hot days are still continuing, so how about some delicious cold brew iced coffee for all you readers?
We look forward to your orders!
Introduction to the equipment needed to make cold brew coffee packs
You can get most of these at the Niconos online store!
If you are selling beans, don't forget the quality label sticker here!
You can easily make them with Canva and A-One label stickers.
You should buy a sealer that is at least 20cm long!
Here is a recommended sealer.
It might seem a bit expensive compared to the Amazon lineup, but its ease of use is outstanding.
Above all, since it is the sealer recommended by Niconos, it is perfectly compatible and gives a sense of security.
If you buy a cheap one and the sealing doesn't work well, or if the sealing length is insufficient, you'll end up having to buy another one anyway. So, I decided that even if it's a bit pricey, it's better to buy the manufacturer-recommended product because I'll be using it for a long time.
It feels like the price has gone up since then.
Niconos was 21,120 yen including tax, so it seems cheaper to buy it from there.

The cable is also designed to be easy to bundle.

When sealing drip bags or Del-packs, use number 4.
I use number 7 for sealing Aroma Keep packs and the like.
For sealers, the heating time and cooling time are important, and it beeps to let you know when the cooling time is over.
Since it is automatically adjusted by the dial, you can use it without stress, so I recommend it.
One point to note is that it is a single-sided heating type.
Depending on the shape of the bag, it may result in poor sealing if it is not a double-sided heating type, so make sure to check if the sealer is compatible with the bag you want to use before purchasing!
It would be a sad result if you bought a single-sided one only to find out later that you actually needed a double-sided type.
Please check the Niconos sealer page for details!
For grinding large amounts of powder, use an electric mill!
It is the Kalita electric mill NEXT G2.
The deciding factor for my purchase was that it has an anti-static mechanism.
Grinding 180g of cold brew coffee packs by hand is hard work, so I leave it to the electric mill.

Thank you for reading until the end!
