○ When your luck is at a standstill, don't panic — time to tidy up life's homework
Getters Iida selects
words tailored to each of the 365 days of the year and delivers them as a book. It is a book that
reminds you with gentle words of important perspectives that we tend to forget
in our daily lives.
I myself want to accumulate
new insights in my daily life, so I update what I have learned from this book every day. I would be happy if you could read it
at the start of your day.
This time, I will write about what I felt from Getters Iida's book
“Getters Iida’s 365 Days of Stories to Improve Your Luck”
for June 15th,
“When your luck is at a standstill, don't panic.”

🌿 Times when things aren't going well are “preparation time”
In life, there are times when no matter what you do, things don't progress as you'd like.
・You are working hard, but you don't see results.
・Unexpected problems occur.
・You end up facing things you are not good at or tasks you have been avoiding.
At such times, you might feel that you are unlucky.
But that is not a time when life has stopped, but perhaps
“preparation time” to move on to the next step.
🌸 The challenges that have come to light are signs of growth
・Things you are not good at.
・Things you have been putting off.
・Things you thought you would have to face someday.
There are times when such “homework for life” comes to the surface.
It feels difficult in that moment, but if you change your perspective, you can also think of it as
a challenge that appeared before you because you can overcome it now.
Having homework means you can still grow.
I think that the moment you notice it, you have already taken a step forward.
🍀 Thinking “I'm glad it ended with just this”
When trouble occurs, people tend to think, “Why me?” or “This is the worst.”
But try changing your words just a little bit there.
“I'm glad it ended with just this.” “I can overcome this much.”
Just by thinking that way,
even for the same event, how your heart accepts it will change.
Even if it is difficult to change events immediately,
you can choose how to perceive them.
🌈 Impatience only creates more problems
The more impatient people are, the more they rush their decisions.
・Making unreasonable plans.
・Speaking based on emotions.
・Making stopgap choices.
As a result, problems that should have been solved
can turn into even bigger homework.
That is why, when it feels like your luck is stuck,
I believe it is most important to calm down first.
✨ A small step you can take today
・Things you are currently feeling anxious about.
・Things you feel you are not good at.
・Things you are concerned about but have been putting off.
Try writing them down on paper once.
And instead of trying to solve everything,
try moving forward with just one thing today.
・Work on it for just 10 minutes.
・Read just one page.
・Tidy up just one thing.
Even with small actions,
the flow that had stopped will begin to move little by little.
🌻 Now is a preparation period for the future
A period when it feels like your luck is stuck is
never a waste of time.
・Time to organize what you need for yourself.
・A preparation period to catch the next flow.
Thinking of it that way, how you face the events in front of you will also change.
Don't rush, don't compare, and do what you can one by one.
The small homework you face now will,
I believe, help your future self.
