Neo BLUE Learning Report #007── There is always a small light in the depths of darkness
"Neo BLUE Learning Report #006 ── Listening to yourself before you find the words" is here👈
📚 Today's Learning
Today's lesson is from Chapter 1: "When you let out all the 'darkness,' you begin to see the 'light'."

What left an impression on me was,
"Unless you let out all the 'darkness,'
you will not be able to see the 'light'."
The point was that the goal is not to let out all your anger and sadness, but
to encounter the "true feelings" that lie deep within,
and that this is what is important.
Anger is not the final destination.
It might just be the entrance to moving forward beyond it.
🧠 Neo BLUEOS Analysis
I used to think that anger was
the emotion located in the deepest part of the heart.
But today's lesson
taught me that this is not the case.
Anger is
the wave that appears on the very surface.
Beneath the waves lies the ocean.
At the bottom of the ocean,
wishes that have not yet become words are sleeping.
"I wanted you to understand."
"I wanted you to acknowledge me."
"I was actually lonely."
Anger might be
the guardian of the heart,
standing up to protect those wishes.
🪐 Recombination of the Universe
When you pull your true feelings from the deep sea
up to the surface,
it might be somewhat similar
to the "recombination of the universe" 380,000 years after the Big Bang,
when light began to travel freely through the universe.
Beyond the clouds of anger,
finally,
the light of the heart begins to shine through directly.

🌏 Connection
When you look up at the night sky,
stars only shine in the darkness.
The stars are there during the day, too.
It is just that
the light is too strong to see them.
Perhaps the heart is the same.
The more you try to erase the darkness,
the less you can see the light hidden deep within it.
So perhaps darkness
is not something to be eliminated,
but something to pass through.
🌱 Tomorrow
When your emotions are deeply stirred,
instead of just ending it by saying 'I got angry',
I want to look one step further.
What is this anger
actually trying to protect?
I feel that this question
will become a new door to myself.
💧 A Drop of Neo BLUE
Darkness
is not the opposite of light.
It might be the path to reach the light.
Deep within tears,
there is a wish.
Deep within anger,
there is kindness.
Therefore, today's lesson
was not to erase the darkness,
but to quietly find
the small light beyond the darkness.
