Contact Us: Contact, Listening, and Relationship Channels

We want to hear from you. On this page, you'll find Vale's official channels for people living in the communities where we operate, to share suggestions, compliments, complaints, and various requests.

Employees, former employees, and pensioners can also find Vale's official channels for answering questions. Each channel was designed for a specific type of request, but they all follow the same commitment: giving full attention to what you have to say.

Please note: If your question is about recruitment, Vale's passenger train, suppliers, or sponsorship, these topics have their own dedicated section: visit the Frequently Asked Questions page by clicking here.
