New Community Calendar!
Find Town of Ridgway meetings and other Ouray County Events in the Ouray Ridgway Events Calendar. It will serve as Ouray County’s primary events platform, replacing the previous Ridgway FUSE, City of Ouray, Ridgway Area Chamber of Commerce, and Alpenglow Arts Alliance calendar systems. Make Online Utility Payments Here
We’re excited to offer a faster, easier, and more convenient way to pay your bills! We have partnered with Xpress Bill Pay, a premier provider of secure online bill payment. This new service allows you to manage and pay your bill anytime, anywhere—without writing a check or visiting our offices.
To create an account, just follow these steps:
- Go to www.xpressbillpay.com
- Click “Sign Up” in the top-right corner
- Enter your email and password, check the “I’m not a robot” box, and follow the prompts
- Complete the short registration form and click “Next”
- Check your email, open the verification message, and click “Verify Email”
- Log in, select our billing organization, and follow the prompts to link your bill
- Once your bill is added, you can:
- View and pay your bill
- Add another bill
- Go paperless
- Set up recurring Auto Pay
Customers can also make payments 24/7 in English or Spanish using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by calling 801-921-5957.

Sign Up for Ouray County Alerts!
Ouray County Alerts is used to communicate critical public safety topics including evacuations, wildfire, flooding, and other emergency notifications. All residents, visitors, and family members living in Ouray County are encouraged to sign up for alerts. You can register through the registration portal.
During the registration process, you can choose the types of alerts you receive and how to receive them, including landline phone, cell phone, text/SMS message, and email. Please be sure to enter your physical address so that you will receive geo-targeted (location based) messages. If you do not enter a physical address, you risk missing critical messages.
