[Urgent Question] Returning player
after googling and find no answer, finally, i decided to ask here.
When/Where/How to access jukebox?

i'm sick listening the lobby BGM, want to turn it off or atleast change it to calm bgm.

if you can provide the picture of THAT Jukebox will be appretiated and helpful.

It's right at the lobby, at the bar. If I remember correctly, you need to do like 5 or so missions to unlock it - you CANNOT miss it.
The jukebox allows you to change the lobby BGM to whatever you want as long as you have unlocked it. In other words, if there's an exclusive song from end game dungeons or story, you won't be able to put it on the jukebox until you reach that part.

Just progress the story, as NeloDante has said.

ok thanks, i'll keep my eyes open at bar until unlocked, currently runing level 7 mission.

It gets mentioned after a certain point early in the game. So you can't miss it. As Albus says to Don, about changing the background music. Can't remember when it triggers mind.
