Minori Okumura (25)

A civil servant working at the local Heion City Hall.
Cheerful and well-liked by everyone. On the other hand, being too good-natured often works against her, leading to her being deceived or taken advantage of.
She has plenty of romantic experience, but none of it has lasted, leaving only emotional scars.

Daisaku Tendo (35)

Minori Okumura's direct supervisor, dispatched from a central government ministry for a fixed term.
