The idea that things you realize yourself stick with you better than being told the answers by others
Hello, this is Yarapon😊
Today, I posted an article about
note consulting on my sub-account.
The title is
“What I value most in note consulting is 'realization,' not 'answers'
”
is what it is.
It's about the mindset I bring
when I receive consultations on operating a note.
What kind of things I look at.
And why I don't simply
say, 'This is the correct answer.'
That's the kind of article I wrote.
When people hear 'consulting,'
they tend to think it means
being told some special answer or
having the method for success pointed out directly.
Of course,
it is important to convey areas for improvement and concrete methods.
But I believe that just handing over the answers
doesn't really help them stick.
Answers taught by others
might be understood intellectually,
but sometimes they don't sink in.
I see.
Is that so?
I understand.
Even while saying that,
people often can't actually take action,
or they return to their original state after a little time passes.
I think everyone has had
that kind of experience, haven't they?
On the other hand, things you realize yourself
by saying, 'Ah, so that's what it was,'
during the course of a conversation are hard to forget.
That is because it connects to your own experience
and you were able to be convinced by it.
This isn't a story limited to note operation, is it?
It's the same in work.
It's the same in human relationships.
It's the same in health building and how you use your body.
Just being told by someone to 'do this'
doesn't make it last very long.
However, if it is something you noticed a discrepancy in yourself, thought about the cause, and
chose after being convinced, it is easier to continue.
People may not act because something is correct,
but rather because they are convinced of it.
When I provide consultations for note,
I don't just look at how to write articles.
Who do you want to reach?
What kind of readers are actually gathering?
Are what the writer wants to convey and what the readers are seeking
properly aligned?
I look at those kinds of things.
Even though the article itself has value.
Even though there is enough knowledge and experience.
And yet, for some reason, it is not read.
There is little reaction to the posted article.
Followers are not increasing easily.
In such cases,
it is often not just a problem of writing ability,
but there is a small misalignment somewhere in the account itself
that is sending out the information.
However, that misalignment,
if pointed out unilaterally by a third party,
is meaningless.
Only when the person themselves
realizes, "I see, perhaps this part was indeed misaligned,"
does it lead to improvement.
That is why I value nurturing realizations together through interaction,
rather than forcing answers.
This also applies to how to interact with AI,
which I have been talking about often recently.
AI is very convenient, isn't it?
It answers if you ask questions,
and it summarizes text.
It also suggests ideas.
I use it almost every day,
and it is now an indispensable partner.
But, I think it is a little wrong
to take the answers AI gives
and make them your own answers just like that.
Using AI's suggestions as a starting point,
what do you think?
Can you truly be convinced?
Comparing it with your own experience,
is there any sense of discomfort?
It is important to think about that.
Rather than getting answers from AI,
it is about realizing your own thoughts through interaction with AI.
In the coming era, I think that way of using it
will become increasingly important, won't it?
Precisely because we live in an age where
convenient answers are easily obtained,
the ability to think for yourself, convince yourself, and
choose for yourself becomes necessary.
Rather than knowing the answer,
it is about being able to notice.
Rather than being taught the correct answer,
it is about finding your own optimal solution.
That power should become a great support
not only in managing your note,
but also in navigating through life.
In the article I posted on my sub-account,
I write about the attitude I take
when I accept a note consultation from a client.
It might serve as a hint not only for those who want to grow their note,
but also for how to approach consulting someone or how to interact with AI.
If you are interested,
please take a look😊
So, this time it's
“The idea that things you realize yourself stick with you better than being told the answer by someone else” The story that things you realize yourself have more meaning than answers you are told😊

Well then!
Rather than answers, nurture realizations, and live carefree🌈
