Birdhouse Completed 🦜🙌 Harvesting Pesticide-Free Vegetables 🥕 | Kids Gobble Up 😋 Microwave Goya Chanpuru ✨

Finished the birdhouse DIY with the kids and installed it in the field.
Also harvested mini vegetables grown through completely pesticide-free, hands-off cultivation.

Today, we spent the morning finishing up the birdhouse by painting it and such 🙌
The younger one was busy painting away 😊

And since the birdhouse had dried, we went to the compost garden

to install it.

While we were at it, we pulled some weeds 💪
As I was pulling weeds around the birdhouse... come to think of it, the younger one
said last time,
“I want to plant blueberries~”and the blueberry tree we planted appeared ✨

It hasn't fruited yet... as expected 😅

The compost garden is rough, but mostly done.
Surprisingly, some vegetables appeared 😊🙌

Completely pesticide-free, hands-off cultivation ✨
I mean,
everything is super mini-sized 😅
About 5cm or less...
(There's a potato on the right too, but it's the same size 😅)

I really realized that if people don't put in the effort to provide fertilizer and such, they won't grow properly... 😅
Even though weeds and wild grasses grow endlessly, I thought that vegetables meant for eating are quite weak...

Today is
Goya Chanpuru 👨‍🍳

Thinly slice the bitter melon,
1 tsp salt,
1 tsp sugar,
put them in a bag, mix well,
and leave for about 10 minutes.
(Processed so the kids don't taste the bitterness)

Put the bitter melon in a 100-yen shop container,

roughly cut thick fried tofu,
and pork

inside.

Add 2 tsp soy sauce,
2 tsp sesame oil,
2 tsp sugar,
2 tsp oyster sauce,
and a pinch of salt.

Mix it all together, put a silicone lid on, and microwave at 500w for 6 minutes.

Mix it,
add 1 egg,
mix well,
and microwave at 500w for 5 minutes.

Just to be safe,
mix it one more time,
and microwave at 500w for 3 minutes.

Done 👨‍🍳✨

The kids
“It's not bitter at all~ 😊🍀 It's delicious~ 😋✨”
and
they gobbled it all up 😊🙌

The birdhouse is finished, the vegetables are mini-sized, and the bitter melon isn't bitter.
Next, I want to observe if the birds will actually enter the birdhouse.
The experiments with the compost garden and microwave cooking will continue.😊
