A space where you and the other person meet as a whole 🌸
・This time's memo (a personal reminder for myself φ(..))
When an Alexander Technique teacher exchanges information with a student through
hands and words
・The whole of oneself
・The whole of the other person
・The whole of the world
is the premise.
What does that mean❓
It can also be said as "engaging with wholeness"
rather than just parts.
(Please also read this as well 𓃠)
This applies not only to people, but also when touching or using objects and tools.
What happens if you touch or use them while being mindful of
the whole of yourself, the whole of the tool, and the whole of the world?
For example, when walking while carrying heavy luggage.
(Please, try it out ♪)
In my case, thinking that "I am also in contact with the surrounding air" is helpful 🍀 There are times when I cannot feel myself unless I am touching something. In other words, I can feel myself by touching something. (Is that why I have a habit of touching myself?)
When I think that "I am also in contact with the surrounding air," I can somehow feel the outline of my whole self. By being in contact not just with my whole self, not just with the whole of the other person, but also with the whole of the world, I can engage with the world.
A space of integrated attention
The Alexander Technique (how to use yourself)
that I offer
is a lesson where you "learn by experiencing" ♪
Recommended for people like this
・People interested in the "connection, flow, and movement" of body and mind.
・People who feel a sense of discomfort in their engagement with the world.
・People who want to do something about themselves by themselves!
I open and support a space to live as your "true self" 🌱 Won't you learn with me 🦜
