Thoughts on the Eve of Launching the 'Automated Sales System' I Built for $0
Thank you so much
for opening this article😊
The system is all done, but...
The opt-in page.
The sales page.
The email sequence.
The automation rules.
All the testing is finished too.
If you've read this far,
you might already know,
but over the past few weeks,
I have built every part
of this 'automated sales system'
one by one.
All that's left is to launch it.
Yet, my hands have stopped.
I can't imagine getting any response
I'll be honest.
Someone coming to my page,
registering their email address,
and buying my product.
I just can't
picture that scene at all😇
'Is this really right?'
'What if no one
pays any attention?'
Those feelings have been
spinning around in my head.
A world without a company name
I spent a long time as a salaryman,
and I always worked
under a company name.
'I'm so-and-so from Company X.'
With just those words,
people would listen to me.
The foundation of trust
was provided by the company.
But now, it's different.
Using my own name.
My own product.
Trying to deliver it with my own strength.
There is no company name.
There is no track record yet.
All I have is
this system and
the passion I've built up until now.
Honestly, I can't even imagine what will happen.

Yet, I will launch it
But I also know that
nothing will begin
unless I launch it.
Actually, I have had
a similar experience in the past.
When I tried to switch careers to become an engineer,
I was afraid to go to interviews unless I had studied everything,
so I couldn't move forward.
I couldn't make progress.
But in the end,
no matter how much I studied,
a perfect state never arrived.
The reason I was able to take a step forward back then was
not because I was prepared,
but because I resigned myself to the fact that
I had no choice but to act.
It is exactly the same now.
There are still many things I want to improve.
But if I wait for perfection,
I will never be able to launch it.
Even if the response is zero,
that is not a 'failure.'
It just hasn't reached anyone yet.
There is one idea I hold dear
within me.
If you don't give up,
failure is just a process on the way to success.
If it didn't reach them,
I just need to change it into a form that will.
Release it first. Grow it from there.
Only after launching will I understand
'this part isn't getting across'
or 'this is where readers are dropping off.'
For example,
how many of the people who came to the opt-in page
signed up?
How many people
opened the email?
Did the people who proceeded to the sales page
actually make a purchase?
Look at the numbers.
Form a hypothesis.
Fix it.
Try again.
This repetition
is the only way to grow the system.
Put it out there first. Improvement comes after.
Won't you take that step with me?
Among those who have read this far,
there might be someone
who feels the same way,
wanting to start something
but unable to take that first step.
It doesn't have to be perfect.
It's okay if the response is zero.
Just put it out there first.
I am also right now
about to take that very step.
A system isn't something you 'build and finish,'
but something you 'launch and nurture.'
On this eve of the launch,
I feel some anxiety,
but I'm even more excited.
Let's do this together.
Next time,
I will share the first step
for driving traffic to your system.
