One day, as usual,
I was talking to myself while seeing patients in internal medicine, saying, 'Ah, I'd love to be a guest at a tournament, and maybe get a DM asking me to be a bar guest on the same day too...'
when a DM arrived.
It said, 'Would you like to be a guest at a Mahjong tournament and a bar event at Mahjong cafe & bar holic on Wednesday, April 29th (holiday)? Your partner will be Yu Kizaki pro from the Saikouisen league.'
Yes, that Yu Kizaki pro who appeared in the Saikyosen finals for two consecutive years.
She's strong at Mahjong. She's strong at poker. And on top of that, she's cute.
In other words, she's the type who has it all.
I had the good fortune of being invited by that amazing Yu Kizaki pro to join her team for the IKUSA team competition last year, where we fought together as teammates,
and it was through that connection that she reached out to me this time.
I'm grateful.

Actually, I have been turning down requests to be a bar guest
In fact, I have received several requests to be a bar guest in the past.
However, I had turned them all down.

The reason is simple.
As you all know, people with high academic backgrounds are all extreme morning people.
I want to be in bed by 9:00 PM.
I want to fall asleep while reading the Six Codes in bed.
In other words, being a bar guest is a challenge for me.
However, since my benefactor, Pro Yu Kizaki, is my partner this time, I'm shifting to a night-owl schedule!
First, the mahjong tournament guest appearance!
The day starts in the afternoon!
First, the mahjong tournament.
You will definitely be at the same table as either me or Pro Yu Kizaki.
Feel free to come and try to defeat a Saikyosen finalist,
or come and try to defeat a high-deviation-score finalist.
And then, at night, we head to BAR holic.
After the tournament, it's time to be a bar guest!

Actually, I have never been to a mahjong bar.
I don't have the slightest clue about the atmosphere.
Are mahjong bars the kind of place where you can spread out reference books at the counter and study?
Failure is not an option
Moreover, it seems this event also doubles as a birthday celebration for pro player Yu Kizaki.
I have never failed at anything in my life, but this time, failure is truly not an option.
Should I stand at the bar counter and shake a cocktail shaker?
No, the only thing I should be shaking is a 1000-point hand in the final round. If I were to make a mistake at the bar counter, I wouldn't just be shaking a cocktail shaker; I would be throwing everything away.

Should I hype up the customers?
Should I blow a vuvuzela while shouting
