Note: Even after 100 days, my life didn't really change
Hello, I'm Sachi.
Yesterday, I achieved 100 consecutive days of posting.

However, this note is not about saying, "I completed the 100-day challenge! \( ˆoˆ )/"
To begin with, I didn't start writing with the intention of continuing for 100 days.
The reason I started writing was much simpler.
I just wanted to vent.
Things I learned by investing large sums of money in business and mindset courses.
The sense of discomfort I felt while doing business.
The nagging feeling of, "Was this really the right thing to do?"
I have achieved results in business, and I have even maintained seven-figure monthly sales for several months.
But beyond that, I felt a sense of emptiness, despair, and fear for the future.
"What have I been working so hard for?"
That question never left my mind.
The reason I was able to "follow through" on self-understanding
What is my "true self"?
What is it that I "truly want to do"?
I wanted to properly understand my own true feelings.
Even thinking that, honestly, I'm not a person with a strong will.
If anything, I'm a weakling.
Even though I've read dozens of self-help books, I've never once done the exercises in them because they were too much trouble. (I always thought, "Maybe this time my life will change (just by reading)...")
But, I started a note with the premise of "making it public"—bouncing ideas off AI and picking up my own words little by little...
Not so much to show someone else, but as a mechanism to keep me from running away, so that "this time, I would seriously face my own life."
Before I knew it, the days had piled up
At first, I wasn't even conscious of the number of days.
Before I knew it, it was 70 days.
Around that time, I started thinking, "Oh, I might actually make it to 100 days."
It continued to 80, 90 days, and I thought, "Since I've come this far, I'll go to 100."
That was the feeling.
So, to be honest—
I don't really feel the significance of "continuing for 100 days" itself
Just because I continued for 100 days doesn't mean my life has changed significantly.
Honestly, I don't really feel like anything has changed dramatically for the better, either.
But.
Publishing my self-understanding process on note.
That had a clear meaning.
What changed wasn't the 'result,' but how I face things.
Not interpreting my emotions in a way that's convenient for me.
Trying to put my discomfort into words properly, without glossing over it.
Prioritizing 'Is this my true feeling?' over 'Will this sell?'
Being able to continue that 'proactively' for three months was a pretty big deal for me.
Who I want to read this note
This note is not...
for those who want to post every day,
for those looking for know-how to achieve results,
or for those who want to know the tricks to building habits.
If you are currently...
feeling somewhat empty despite having worked hard,
thinking 'I want to live true to my own feelings,'
but don't know how to start,
If you are in that place, the posts in this magazine might suit you (everything is published for free. Please rest assured there are no redirects to LINE or anything like that...).
Finally
This is not a story about 'being able to continue for 100 days.'
It is a three-month record of self-understanding, using the form of publication so as not to look away from my own true feelings.
It's okay if you can't keep it up.
It's okay if you don't change.
Just trying to listen to your own voice properly.
I think that process itself is not bad at all.
