Hello, this is Kizuna.
Today's sound prescription is a song called "Moving Forward".
I wrote down my feelings right now.
The pain of losing someone is not something you get used to
even after experiencing it.
Moreover,
when it's a family member younger than you,
the pain is extraordinary.
The reality that a precious person who was there until yesterday
is gone today
is as painful as having your heart
ripped away.
Even so,
no matter how much I cry,
no matter how much I scream,
the world welcomes the morning on its own.
That is why I,
wanting to believe in the "kindness" within tears,
left a small step forward today as well.

The strength to accept kindness you cannot grasp
Let's make beautiful flowers bloom
The rain of tears falls
The wind of trials blows
Yet within the warmth of love
It begins to sprout
Compassion is a prayer without words
Every time I think of someone deep in my heart
Even if the gentle light cannot be seen
It certainly takes shape there
And without fading away
It continues to shine
Love, pain, and suffering
Are all proof of being alive
The scenery I see now
