RETAILTECH JAPAN 2026 Exhibition Details and Booth Information
Hello. This is Maruyama from the Sorimachi Giken note editorial department.
Finally, the dates for RETAILTECH JAPAN 2026 are approaching.
In this "Last-Minute Edition," I will summarize this year's exhibition content, what we want to convey at the booth, and information for visitors.
(If you also read the "Preparation Edition," I think the background of this year's exhibition will be conveyed more three-dimensionally.)
This Year's Exhibition Concept

The concept is
"A Retail Data Open Platform Aiming for 'Creating Social Value'.".
Retail data (Headquarters Management System "UNITE MDi" / Store Operations System "UNITE POSi") is linked with solutions from partner companies, with a core focus on making new proposals that lead to operational support for store staff.
To achieve this, we have structured this year's exhibition on the premise that it will be "used in the field."
Also, this time, we are exhibiting in a space one booth larger than usual, with 3 booths (a first for us), and we have also devised ways to improve the exhibition flow and ease of explanation.
Content to be Introduced at the Booth
This year, we will introduce multiple themes with demonstrations, focusing on initiatives that support "Data x Field Decision-Making" developed jointly with our solution partners.
1) Analysis System That Requires No Analysis
This is a system that automatically integrates retail data and makes it available for analysis. An "AI Assistant Store Manager" with a conversational UI detects dwell time, changes in customer demographics, and cross-selling opportunities and suggests measures to take immediately (promotions, discounts, set sales, etc.).
2) SNS Operation Support x AI Planning Proposal Service
Based on store branding, this is a service where AI proposes SNS operation policies and post plans. It also utilizes retail data and weather information to support the development of more effective posting and advertising strategies.
3) EC Integration and Inventory Optimization Service
This is a service that can link multiple EC and online shop operations and streamline work through automation. It is also equipped with functions to support backend operations, reducing operational burden and increasing operational efficiency.
4) Chat-Based Inventory Inquiry Tool "UNITE cloud LiA"
This is a chat-based inventory inquiry BI tool for retail store sales floor and backyard staff. Because you can instantly check inventory status and arrival schedules using natural language from your smartphone, it leads to shorter customer service wait times, reduced opportunity loss due to stockouts, and lower on-site training costs.

In addition to the main exhibits, we also plan to introduce the following:
Introduction of payment terminal apps
UNITE Invoice
UNITE cloud ONE, etc.
Stance We Want to Value at the Booth
An exhibition is a place for your first encounter with future customers.
Among the many booths, we truly value the connection made when someone stops by the Sorimachi Giken booth. I feel this aligns with our company culture of interpersonal relationships. With this sentiment in mind, I am involved in the planning and operation of every exhibition.
We believe that everyone visiting us has their own unique challenges and concerns. Please do share them with us. We would be delighted to provide proposals that can help you through our exhibition services and our accumulated expertise.
Please be sure to stop by the Sorimachi Giken booth.
Our booth number is RT5124, located right at the entrance of East Hall 5. We look forward to seeing you!
