FB Live Appearance💛 Collaboration Book, Video Introductions of Unique Members

Today, Wednesday, August 27th, starting at 8:00 PM, I will be a guest on a Facebook Live show called KAIHENTAI Radio!

I have compiled a list of books by the facilitator, Brew Inc. CEO and KAIHENTAI Captain Yoshihiro Hara, as well as our past interactions and archive videos of the various members who have appeared on the show.

My Encounter with Yoshihiro Hara

Yoshihiro Hara's existence became known to me five years ago.

It started when I took an online seminar themed on Organizational Fermentation Studies.

The book by Yoshihiro Hara I bought five years ago

According to my Amazon purchase history...

It seems I purchased Yoshihiro Hara's book, "The Power for Training and Seminar Instructors to be Chosen by Companies and Training Firms," in November 2020.

At the time, I thought of Yoshihiro Hara, who is also the president of a training company, as someone far out of my reach.

Brew 10th Anniversary Party

Hara-san's company, Brew Inc., celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2024.

At the 10th-anniversary party, participants were able to interact through group work, and I was also able to take a picture with Hara-san.

Triggered by Professor Kiyoshi Hori of J. F. Oberlin University's FB Live

I had been interested in the KAIHENTAI group for a while.

A year ago, Professor Kiyoshi Hori of J. F. Oberlin University appeared on a Facebook Live.

That was "KAIHENTAI Radio."

Wait?! Professor Hori is connected to Yoshihiro Hara?! I realized, and that was when I joined the KAIHENTAI group.

My Connection and Interaction with Professor Hori

Professor Hori of J. F. Oberlin University is a connection I made through Nobuyuki Kume.

I have written about how I came to know Professor Hori here ↓

It was over 10 years ago that I attended a lecture at J. F. Oberlin University because Mr. Kume was going to be a guest speaker in Professor Hori's class.

I was happy that Professor Hori and students from J. F. Oberlin University participated in the cafe study group I was running in 2014 😊

I was happy to see Professor Hori on screen during Mr. Nobuyuki Kume's final lecture at iU (Information and Management for Innovation Professional University).

Training Instructor Keiko Onishi also appeared

The month after Professor Hori from J. F. Oberlin University appeared, Keiko Onishi appeared on KAIHENTAI Radio.

Meeting and interacting with Keiko Onishi

Keiko OnishiKeiko Onishi who lives in Hiroshima, is a connection I made through the Japan Professional Instructors Association (JPIA) community of instructors.

Keiko Onishi's book

Keiko Onishi's book "Organizing Information with 'Handwritten 3-Division': The 3-Split Memo Technique" is one I also purchased.

When Keiko's book was stacked on the tables at Book First in Shinjuku, I even took a photo and posted it on note.

Training Instructor Sonoo Horiguchi (Ribon) also appeared

Japan Professional Instructors Association (JPIA) connection Sonoo Horiguchi (commonly known as Ribon) has also appeared on KAIHENTAI Radio.

I really admire the way Ribon speaks...

Even though she doesn't have a loud voice, it is incredibly easy to understand.

Despite being a popular instructor who gives over 150 lectures a year, she is a very humble person. I realize that the people who do the best work are the most down-to-earth.

Yoshihiro Hara In the collaboration with Mr. Hara, the course where Sonoo Horiguchi is a speaker is so popular that it is fully booked and has a waiting list!

There is also a book born from a collaboration between team members!

Born from a collaboration between team members, brought together by team member Tsukasa Shima, is the book "I'm Telling You for Your Own Good, Don't 'Start a Business'".

Here is the archive video of when the author, Shinichiro Nakamura, appeared on KAIHENTAI Radio ↓

As a special edition to commemorate the publication, the team members involved in the book's publication appeared.

I thought it was amazing that a book could be born from the connections between people and the collaboration of such unique members!

Note and video by Soichi Furukawa of Furukawa Shobo

Shinichiro Nakamura's book "Don't Say I Didn't Warn You, Don't Start a Business" was published by Furukawa Shobo, a publishing house founded by team member Soichi Furukawa.

Soichi Furukawa's archive video from his appearance on KAIHENTAI Radio can be viewed here ↓

Soichi FurukawaSoichi Furukawa, who had created bestsellers at a publishing house, talks about the background of starting his own publishing company.

I felt that he is someone with a passionate vision for making books.

Writer Nobuo Abe

Team member and writer Nobuo Abe was involved in writing "Don't Say I Didn't Warn You, Don't Start a Business".

Nobuo Abe's archive video from his appearance on KAIHENTAI Radio has been uploaded to YouTube ↓

A talk show live stream that also discussed how the book was born through collaboration

The person who brought together author Shinichiro Nakamura, Soichi Furukawa's publishing house, and writer Nobuo Abe was Takahiro Shimaji, a professional in developing No. 2s.

Shimaji-san was the guest for the commemorative 50th episode.

I think there are many companies that need a No. 2 like Shimaji-san.

Looking at the team members who have appeared as guests so far, they are all such amazing people...!

Shimomayu guest appearance

Invited by team leader Yoshihiro Hara, I appeared as a guest on KAIHENTAI Radio today, Wednesday, August 27th, from 8:00 PM!

Introduction of Shimomayu by Yoshihiro Hara

KAIHENTAI Captain Yoshihiro Hara wrote this introduction for us↓

Our guest this time is Mayumi Shimokawa, Representative of Welcome Cat LLC, who provides support for personal and corporate branding and PR.

Shimokawa-san says that ever since she was a child, she wanted to work in a field where she could draw pictures and write. After graduating from art college, she worked in image creation for printed materials and was involved in DTP tasks such as producing manuals for government offices. Later, in 2013, she became independent as a writer, handling tasks such as interviewing and writing for Yukihiro Fujimaki's style of 'How to View and Enjoy Japan'.

'Everyone has a treasure. My role is to deliver it to the people who need it.'

Currently, my role is to broadcast the 'strengths' of individuals and companies and deliver them to those who need them.

Shimokawa-san says clearly and powerfully.

In this radio show, we will discuss:

・How are people's strengths discovered?

・What is the background and motivation behind doing this work?

・What is Shimokawa-san's future vision?

We will hear plenty about these topics. Please look forward to it.

We will be broadcasting on Facebook Live on Wednesday, August 27th, at 8:00 PM!
