Mother of 5, finally becomes a bounty head

I'm shiiimo, a mother of 5.
I'm currently raising an 8-year-old girl (who doesn't attend school), a 7-year-old girl (with ASD/ADHD),
5-year-old twin boys (the older twin is suspected of having ADHD), and a 1-year-old third son (who is heavy).

The loveliness of the students' reactions

I went on maternity leave for my fifth child right after 2023 started.

At the time, I was teaching classes right up until I went on maternity leave.
I talked a little bit about shiiimo's work in the article below the other day.

The students I teach range from 18-year-olds who just graduated high school to
students who transferred after university, and students who have work experience. But the limit is around 25 years old, so up to about that age.

In other words, they're basically kids who are close to being adults.

Even though those 18 and older are "adults."
They are enjoying their position as students,
so I think, "They're so cute." Heh...
I've gotten old, haven't I.

Well, they might just wander off during class,
or say things like "I want to go to my part-time job" while they're still working on an assignment,
and I do get annoyed sometimes ←
but that's just how it is between humans.

Anyway, I finally returned last month.

Returning to work after a long time, I felt a bit lonely because many of the students I supported with their job hunting had already graduated.
But there were some students who still remembered my face.

Those kinds of modern students.

When I reveal my status as a mother of 5, some of their reactions are really interesting.
Here are a few of the interesting reactions.

A cool group of 4 close guy friends

It was at the beginning of this week.
There are these trendy boys who show up in the staff room with their usual group of four friends for no particular reason,
just to pester the female teachers at the reception desk.

Since they are right in the middle of job hunting, their once intense hair colors and dreadlocks are nowhere to be seen.
They have turned into clean-cut young men with black hair.

I didn't even recognize them at first.

As I watched them, thinking how they were still hanging out and having a blast together as always,
the one who seemed to be the leader noticed my gaze.

"Oh! Hey, how's it going?"

I approached the group, saying, "Hey there, long time no see."

Guy 1: "Whoa, you're already back?"

shiiimo: "Yeah, yeah. That's right. You guys have become so serious. I almost didn't recognize you."

Guy 1: "For real? Haha. So, the baby's born, right? How old is it now?"

shiiimo: "(Wow, they can ask questions like that now—I'm impressed, really.) It just turned one the other day."

Guy 2: "No way!! Has it been that long? You were always coming into our class, weren't you?"

shiiimo: "That brings back memories. I went on maternity leave right after it started last year. Time flies, doesn't it?"

I'm keeping busy, though. It's my fifth, after all."

Guys 1-4: """"WHAT!! FIVE!!??""""

shiiimo: "That's right, haha. Didn't I tell you?"

I was thinking about how they managed to say that in such perfect unison—they really are close friends.

Guy 1: "Whoa, seriously. Teacher, you're hardcoreeeee!!!!"

He widened his eyes and stared at me.

I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"Hardcore, am I!!!!"

It is the highest compliment I have ever received from them.
I feel like I can do even better now.

The brown-haired guy and the blonde guy from the light music club

This happened before I went on maternity leave for my fifth child.
I will never forget the words I received from two stylish guys in the light music club (the brown-haired guy and the blonde guy).

They were often hanging out in the student lounge.


They would fail their classes right away,
and during online classes, they wouldn't realize their cameras were on,
so it was revealed that they were taking showers while listening to the lecture, haha.

Well, they were always messing up, so even though I knew other teachers were scolding them, I was friendly with them behind the scenes.

That day, since my maternity leave was approaching, I went to the usual lounge where they were hanging out.


"Even when I'm gone, you should listen to what the teachers say, well, at least... to the extent that you don't suffer for it."


I emphasized this to them.

People you don't get along with will appear no matter how old you get, so I hoped for a situation where neither side would push themselves too hard.

Brown-haired guy: "Whoa, seriously? I wonder if I'll be able to graduate."

Blonde guy: "Well. I'll manage somehow."

It was my time off from teaching, too.
My belly was heavy, so I chatted with them while we hung out.

Brown-haired guy: "Wait, are you seriously about to give birth?"

shiiimo: "Yeah, that's right. I'm pretty exhausted now, so after the new year, I won't be here."

Blonde guy: "Kids... that's nice. I want kids."

Brown-haired guy: "Same."

shiiimo: "Yeah, they're cute. I keep having them without learning my lesson, and it's busy with so many, but they're cute."

Brown-haired guy: "How many was it again?"

shiiimo: "Actually, this is my fifth."

I patted my big belly.

Blonde guy: "Wait, no way!!!!"

Brown-haired guy: "Seriously!? You're Big Mom!!!!"

That's Big Mom!!!!!

Those who know One Piece will get it.

That person who keeps increasing her crazy family, and keeps eating and rampaging...

shiiimo, by giving birth to 5 children,
has finally become a wanted criminal.

I tried making it sound a bit like a catchphrase.

Yeah, yeah, isn't it not bad?
Isn't it good? I like it!! (with a sinister smile)

Students' words are unpredictable, so they're interesting.
I have no idea what I'll be called next, though.😂
