Public Release of Prompts for 35 Character LoRA Training Images | Explanation of Face, Upper Body, and Full-Body Ratios
"I want to make a character LoRA, but I don't know what kind of images or how many I should prepare."
Have you ever felt stuck thinking that?
How many close-ups of the face should I include?
How much full-body coverage is necessary?
To what extent should I change expressions and backgrounds?
Even when I look it up, I only find advice like 'use plenty of images' or 'add variety,' and I end up still not really knowing.
I was the same way at first.
So, as a follow-up to my previous article where I created and tested a character LoRA, I will be releasing the entire set of prompts for the 35 training images I actually used at that time.
I will show you the breakdown of the number of images and how I included variations, exactly as they were.

1. What I am releasing this time
I previously wrote an article about creating and testing a character LoRA using Anima.
The training images I used at that time totaled 35.
This time, I am releasing the prompts for those 35 training images.
・I don't know what kind of images to prepare
・I'm worried about how many face close-ups, upper body shots, and full-body shots to include
・I don't know how much I should change expressions and backgrounds
For those people, I have also summarized the thought process I used when I actually created them.
2. What you want to fix is the starting point for everything
In the first place, a LoRA is for **"intentionally teaching the model to fix specific things."** right?
In other words, it is the process of intentionally overfitting.
So the first thing to decide is, "What do I want to fix with this LoRA?". This varies completely from person to person.
・I want to fix the appearance of a specific character
・I want to fix only the art style
・I want to fix only the clothing or accessories
If what you want to fix is different, the prompts and images you need to prepare will also change.
Therefore, please interpret this part according to your own goals.
Conversely, the ways to vary poses, angles, and backgrounds
that appear later can be used as-is. Just replace them with your own character. You are free to reuse this part.
So, this is what I wanted to fix this time.
This time, rather than
completely isolating and teaching only the character,I designed it to focus on character reproduction while also incorporating a bit of the art style and atmosphere.
Things I fixed (= things I intentionally overfitted)
・Basic character design (black hair, blue highlights, blue eyes)
・Cat-ear headphones, X-shaped hairpins
・Clothing (black hoodie (with text), gray shorts, black knee-high socks)
・Overall art style and atmosphere

・Face close-up / Upper body / Full-body (distance)
・Expressions, gaze, poses, angles, backgrounds
The "things I fixed" listed here are for my case.
For the LoRA you want to create, please replace these.
③ Distribution of 35 training images
This part is quite important.
The breakdown of the 35 images I prepared is as follows.
・Face close-up: 8 images
・Upper body: 11 images
・Full-body: 16 images
At first, I thought about making the face, upper body, and full-body images roughly equal.
But in the end, I made the full-body images slightly more numerous at 16.
The reason is that I wanted to fix not just the face, but the entire outfit and silhouette as character features. In this character LoRA, I wanted to emphasize not only the face but also the
costume, body type, silhouette, and pose versatility when viewed as a whole, so I increased the number of full-body images.
So, while mixing the three types, I made the full-body portion a bit heavier.
And one point of caution.
④ Things I was conscious of to avoid converging on the same image
The expressions, poses, and backgrounds listed under "Things I changed" in ②.
How I actually distributed these is the key to this project.
What I kept in mind when creating the training images was not to make all the images too similar.
If they are all the same front view, same expression, and same background, it will lean more toward "that specific image" rather than a character LoRA.
So, I included these variations.
・Include not just front views, but also diagonal and side views ・Include not just smiles, but also surprised faces and winks ・Vary the distance with close-ups, upper body, and full body shots ・Include not just standing still, but also sitting, walking, and jumping ・Focus on white backgrounds, but mix in some dark rooms as well
One point of caution here.
This time, I wanted to bring the art style and atmosphere closer as well, so I intentionally kept the prompts regarding coloring and lighting consistent across all 35 images.
In other words,
👉 "Fix the atmosphere and art style, vary the composition, expression, and background."
This is how I differentiate them.
If you make everything too close to the same image, the freedom of poses and expressions will decrease. So, I separated what to keep consistent and what to vary.
⑤ How I structure my prompts
I generally structure my training image prompts in this format. For example, this image.

The point is,
Quality tags and character information (Sections 1 and 2) as well as art style/atmosphere (Section 5) are mostly fixed.
Expressions, composition, and background (Sections 3 and 4) are changed for each image.
It feels like the "fixed/varied" approach I mentioned in ② corresponds directly to the sections of the prompt.
Therefore, the parts you will effectively use as copy-paste prompts will likely be sections 3 and 4.
Points of caution
Prompts related to the character are selected based on the composition.
Including tags for shoes or skirts in a close-up shot is a no-go, as it mixes in unnecessary information.
For shots from behind, I remove prompts related to the face, such as blue eyes or facial expressions.
👉 The basic rule is to 'only write what is visible in that image.'
When looking at the prompts for each category, please keep this point in mind as you read.
Upon checking the metadata, I found that some of the style LoRAs I was using at the time were also included.
Therefore, even if you use the prompts in this article exactly as they are, you will not be able to perfectly reproduce the exact art style of the training images I created.
The purpose of this article is not the perfect reproduction of the art style, but rather

Since I wrote about the detailed verification in the previous article, I will only provide the conclusion here.
As a result of training with these 35 images, it has become much easier to bring out the character's features.
However,
1girl, amatsumugi_shionit did not become completely stable with just that.
When I added minimal feature tags such as black hair, blue eyes, blue highlights, cat-ear headphones, and a black hoodie, it became much more stable.
Even so, I think the amount of prompting required to reproduce the character has been significantly reduced compared to before creating the LoRA.
Personally, this has become a very favorite LoRA of mine.
⑨ Summary
This time, I released the prompts for the 35 training images used to create the character LoRA.
To summarize what I kept in mind,
・First, decide "what you want to fix"
・Mix face close-ups, upper body shots, and full-body shots
・Include a slightly higher number of upper body shots as they easily show character features
・Do not limit facial expressions to just smiling
・Include not only front-facing shots but also angled and side-profile shots
・For full-body shots, include movement rather than just standing still
・Focus on white backgrounds, with some variations
・Vary everything else as much as possible, except for what you want to fix
The number 35 is not a correct answer or a special number.
Decide what you want to fix, and vary everything else. That alone is enough for character LoRA training.
