キャラLoRA学習画像35枚分のプロンプト公開｜顔・上半身・全身の配分解説
「キャラLoRAを作りたい。でも、どんな画像を何枚用意すればいいのか分からない。」
そう思って手が止まったこと、ありませんか。
顔アップを何枚入れるのか。
全身はどれくらい必要なのか。
表情や背景は、どこまで変えていいのか。
調べても「枚数は多めに」「バリエーションを」くらいしか出てこなくて、結局よく分からないまま——。
私も最初そうでした。
なので今回は、前回キャラLoRAを作って検証した記事の続きとして、そのとき実際に使った学習画像35枚分のプロンプトを、まるごと公開します。
枚数の内訳も、差分の入れ方も、全部そのまま出します。

① 今回公開するもの
前回、Anima でキャラLoRAを作って検証した記事を書きました。
そのとき使った学習画像が、全部で35枚です。
今回はその35枚分の学習画像用プロンプトを公開します。
・どんな画像を用意すればいいか分からない
・顔アップ、上半身、全身をどれくらい入れればいいのか悩む
・表情や背景はどこまで変えればいいのか分からない
そういう人向けに、私が実際に作ったときの考え方もまとめておきます。
② 何を固定したいかが、すべての出発点
そもそも LoRA って、**「固定したいものを、意図的に覚えさせる」**ためのものですよね。
言いかえると、狙って過学習させる作業です。
なので最初に決めるのは、「この LoRA で、何を固定したいのか」。
ここが人によって全然違います。
・特定のキャラの見た目を固定したい
・絵柄だけ固定したい
・服装や小物だけ固定したい
固定したいものが違えば、用意すべきプロンプトと画像も変わる。
だからこの部分だけは、自分の目的に合わせて読み替えてください。
逆に、このあと出てくるポーズ・アングル・背景の「振り方」は、そのまま流用できます。
自分のキャラに置き換えるだけ。ここは使い回しOKです。
で、今回私が固定したかったのはこれです。
今回は「キャラだけを完全に分離して覚えさせる」というより、
キャラ再現をメインにしつつ、絵柄や雰囲気も少しだけ寄せたい、という作りにしています。
固定したもの（＝狙って過学習させたもの）
・キャラの基本デザイン（黒髪・青メッシュ・青い目）
・猫耳ヘッドホン、X字ヘアピン
・服装（黒パーカー（文字入り）・グレーのショートパンツ・黒ニーハイ）
・全体の絵柄・雰囲気
変えたもの
・顔アップ / 上半身 / 全身（距離）
・表情、視線、ポーズ、アングル、背景
ここで挙げた「固定したもの」は私のケース。
あなたが作りたい LoRA では、ここを差し替えてください。
③ 学習画像35枚の配分
ここはかなり重要です。
用意した35枚の内訳はこうです。
・顔アップ 8枚
・上半身 11枚
・全身 16枚
最初は顔・上半身・全身をだいたい均等にしようと思っていました。
でも最終的には、全身画像を16枚と少し多めにしました。
理由は、顔だけでなく、服装全体やシルエットもキャラの特徴として固定したかったからです。
今回のキャラLoRAでは、顔だけでなく、全身で見たときの、
衣装・体型・シルエット・ポーズ耐性も重視したかったため、全身画像を少し多めにしました。
だから3種類を混ぜつつ、全身を少し厚めにしました。
それと一つ注意点
④ 同じ画像に寄せないために意識したこと
②で「変えたもの」に挙げた、表情・ポーズ・背景。
これを実際どう散らしたか、が今回の肝です。
学習画像を作るときに意識したのは、同じような画像ばかりにしないこと。
同じ正面・同じ表情・同じ背景ばかりだと、キャラLoRAというより「その画像そのもの」に寄ってしまう。
なので、こういう差分を入れました。
・正面だけでなく、斜め・横向きも入れる
・笑顔だけでなく、驚き顔・ウインクも入れる
・顔アップ、上半身、全身で距離を変える
・棒立ちだけでなく、座り・歩き・ジャンプも入れる
・背景は白背景を中心に、暗い部屋なども少し混ぜる
ここで1つ注意点。
今回は絵柄や雰囲気も少し寄せたかったので、塗りやライティングに関するプロンプトは、あえて35枚で共通にしています。
つまり、
👉「雰囲気・絵柄は固定、構図・表情・背景は変える」
この使い分けです。
全部を同じ画像に近づけすぎると、今度はポーズや表情の自由度が下がる。
だから、寄せるところと散らすところを分けました。
⑤ 私のプロンプトの組み方
学習画像用プロンプトは、だいたいこの形で組んでいます。

１区分目：品質タグ
２区分目：キャラの特徴、服装
３区分目：動作、カメラワーク

ポイントは、
品質タグ、キャラ情報（1, 2区分目）と、絵柄・雰囲気（ 5区分目）はほぼ固定。
表情・構図・背景（3, 4区分目）は画像ごとに変える。
②で出した「固定／変えた」が、そのままプロンプトの区分に対応している、という感じです。
よって、皆さまが実質プロンプトをコピペとして使うのは3,4区分になるかと思われます。
注意点
キャラクターに関するプロンプトは、構図に合わせて取捨選択しています。
顔アップなのに靴やスカートのタグを入れるのは、余計な情報を混ぜることになるのでNG。
後ろ姿なら、青い目、表情などの顔に関するプロンプトは削除しています。
👉「その画像に写っているものだけを書く」が基本です。
カテゴリごとのプロンプトを見るときは、この点を意識しながら読んでみてください。
メタデータを確認したところ、当時使っていた作風LoRAも一部含まれていました。
なので、この記事のプロンプトをそのまま使っても、自分が作った学習画像とまったく同じ絵柄を完全再現できるわけではありません。
この記事の目的は、絵柄の完全再現ではなく、
・キャラの固定要素
・絵柄の方向性
・顔アップ、上半身、全身の配分
・表情、ポーズ、背景の変え方

詳しい検証は前回記事に書いたので、ここでは結論だけ。
この35枚で学習した結果、キャラの特徴はかなり出しやすくなりました。
ただし、
1girl, amatsumugi_shionだけでは、完全には安定しませんでした。
そこに、黒髪・青い目・青メッシュ・猫耳ヘッドホン・黒パーカーといった最低限の特徴タグを足すと、ぐっと安定。
それでも、LoRAを作る前にくらべれば、キャラ再現に必要なプロンプト量はかなり減らせたと思います。
個人的にはとてもお気に入りのLoRAとなりました。
⑨ まとめ
今回は、キャラLoRAを作ったときの学習画像35枚分のプロンプトを公開しました。
意識したことをまとめると、
・まず「何を固定したいか」を決める
・顔アップ、上半身、全身を混ぜる
・上半身はキャラ特徴が出やすいので少し多めに
・表情は笑顔だけにしない
・正面だけでなく、斜め・横向きも入れる
・全身は棒立ちだけでなく動きも入れる
・背景は白背景中心に、少し差分も
・固定したいもの以外は、できるだけ散らす
35枚という枚数が、正解でも特別な数字ではありません。
何を固定したいかを決めて、それ以外を散らす。 それだけで、キャラLoRAの学習になります。
これからキャラLoRAを作ってみたい人の、参考になればうれしいです。
