[180° Anywhere Pillow] Create a super comfortable sleeping space with a U-shaped body pillow
Introducing Mediheal, a sleeping bag, and a body pillow
My sleeping space has been exceptionally good lately.
I'm using Workman's recovery wear, Mediheal, to promote blood circulation.
I've connected two sleeping bags to make a double, and then put a down sleeping bag inside that.
It's incredibly warm and comfortable.
And since it's so comfortable, I decided to add this pillow as well.
The comfort of having a pillow even when you toss and turn 180°
Body pillow "hugoo pillow 2"
First of all, it's quite huge.
Main body: approx. 123×74cm.The weight isn't listed, but it feels like it's at least 1kg.→ When I actually measured it on a scale, it was 2.5kg.
It has a decent amount of weight.
As for how it feels to use, it's quite good.
What's good about it is that I have a particularly restless sleeping style, but no matter how much I toss and turn 180° to the left or right, the pillow is always there.
Whether I'm sleeping on my back or lying on my side, there's a pillow wherever I turn.
This is the best.
Low-rebound pillows are superior in terms of comfort
Regarding the cushioning, I had been using a low-rebound pillow until recently.
Compared to that, this body pillow is a bit firmer.
Also, the low-rebound pillow allowed me to adjust the height, which was nice because I could choose my preferred height.
This body pillow is a bit on the high side.
It seems you can adjust it by removing the inner pillow part if it bothers you.
But that's a hassle, and I've gotten used to it, so I just use it as is.
The downside of this body pillow is that it is quite heavy.
When cleaning or sun-drying it, you have to heave it around to move it.
But even that is fine, as it serves as a bit of light strength training.
Because of its weight, it provides perfect stability while sleeping.
Since it's heavy, it's also nice that you don't wake up to find your pillow has flown away.
If you are a restless sleeper, you should try a body pillow.
In terms of pillow firmness and height, my previous memory foam one was the best and my favorite, but with this body pillow, I have the stability of having a pillow no matter how much I toss and turn.
For those who sleep soundly, a memory foam type is better.
For those who are restless sleepers, a U-shaped body pillow like this that fits your upper body perfectly is worth a try.
Changing the pillow cover is made easy with just a single elastic band.
Finally, a hack for the body pillow cover.
The hugoo pillow 2 I use has a removable cover, but I want to wash the part where my head rests frequently.
But washing the entire cover every time is a hassle...
So, I lightly tied a pair of elastic trouser cords in two places on the part of the pillow where the head rests (the bottom part of the U-shaped pillow).
I wrapped a large, thin bath towel around the pillow and secured both ends with the elastic cords.
By doing this, it's easy to cover the part of the pillow where your head rests, and it makes washing easy too.
A body pillow is for those who toss and turn a lot.
I want you to try this level of comfort.
That was the story.
