For a mother, putting 'what you love' on the back burner is practically a crime.
I've been going since 2024, how many times has it been now? (lol)
The other day, I finally went to the long-awaited 'Kami-haku (Paper Expo) in Tokyo'❣️

I first went to the Paper Expo after a friend invited me in September 2024.
After that, I went again in March 2025.

In July, it was the Stamp Festival!

And then, the Paper Expo again in September!

And now, this time♡♡

It's so lovely to come home and stamp or paste the things I bought into my notebook♡
Every single time, there are stories from the day.
Last time, my daughter didn't come in with me and spent time alone at a Starbucks in Asakusa. I felt such incredible growth in that, too.
I mean, she couldn't even go to a convenience store by herself! Thinking back to her middle school days when she wasn't attending school, it's a really strange feeling.
Going to the Paper Expo by myself was a little boring (lol).
It seems like she wants to buy things while saying, 'So cute,' 'I can't decide,' 'What should I do?'😂
So, this time I brought my daughter along. Plus, since it was a day without classes, we were able to go in the morning.
My daughter had another big goal for going into the city, too. (I'll write about that in the next post.)
As expected, sharing 'what you love' with someone is the most fun ever♡
And it's something I think every single time.
That is, honestly expressing or wishing for what is fun❣️ and what you love❣️ will eventually come around and make someone else happy.
That's why I don't need to hold back on what I love! or what is fun! for anyone.
Because the bright atmosphere I bring home after picking up cute stamps and returning home in high spirits is guaranteed to have a positive influence on my family!!!
It's easy for a 'mother' to think,
I have to do things properly! I have to be strong! If only I endure it!
But I don't think that's right.
So happy~
So fun~
So glad~
Let's increase these moments♡
Let's notice them in the moment♡♡
Mothers should be the top priority. Putting yourself on the back burner is practically a crime, you know😇
And now, writing this, I thought about it again.
There might be children who finished their graduation ceremony without being able to go to school, or who are about to have their completion ceremony,
but things will absolutely not stay the way they are now.
That is the one thing I can state for sure.
Even if you can't possibly believe that right now, I hope you can keep a little corner of your mind,
'Maybe that's true,'
and just tuck that thought away🥹
Mr. Children's Sakurai-san also said it.
If there is one thing that doesn't change,
isn't it that everyone is changing?
by Evolution Theory
It's really true.
Even so, I feel like the number of visitors increases every time...
Friday was incredibly crowded.
Is stationery a trend?
Being able to prepare an excuse that I have a use for them is also a joy, too♡

Next time, I'll write about my daughter's other goal♡
See you later!
Thank you for reading until the end❣️
Hiromi
