I use Instagram's feature to
schedule my posts up to 28 days in advance.
I record my Talk Reels up to four months in advance.
Thanks to this,
I never have to worry about what to write each day,
nor do I have to scramble to open my phone.
This is a tip I highly recommend for busy people.

but you can still use it for free if you just save your drafts.
2. Be mindful of the quality of your input
One reason people stop posting is running out of ideas, right?

"What kind of person with what kind of worries do I want to read this?"
By thinking this way,
you will naturally have less hesitation about what to write.
If you have a perspective that is close to your persona,
you will be less likely to run out of ideas.
