🌈 For your health
Hello there!
This time, I made a terrine using only ingredients I had at home!
🧂 Ingredients
① Agar powder and consommé

② Filling ingredients (I experimented with various things!)

③ Lightly boiled vegetables (microwaved for 1 minute)

④ Containers
I picked a few different ones based on the image I had in mind

👩🍳 How to Make It
I tried making a lattice pattern with cucumber for the first time!

✨ Filling the Mold
① Cucumber Lattice Terrine

I imagined how the cross-section would look as I filled it!
Filling Ingredients:
Vegetarian steak (soy meat)
Crab sticks (red, white, yellow)
Dried shrimp
Flower-shaped wheat gluten (hana-fu)
Cucumber
Carrot
Broccoli
Daikon radish
Kabocha squash
② Mini Glass Terrines

Just in case the main one didn’t set properly...
Filling Ingredients:
Salt koji chicken (salt flavor) + bell pepper
Salt koji chicken (Korean-style spicy yangnyeom flavor) + bell pepper
Vegetarian steak (soy meat) + leftover bits from the other fillings
③ Ice Cube Tray Terrines

I had a feeling these might end up just as liquid, so...
Filling Ingredients:
Noritama rice seasoning
Aosa seaweed + crunchy rice puffs
Plain version (nothing added)
Once everything was filled, I poured in the agar-consommé mixture.

After it cooled down a bit, I put it in the fridge and called it a night.

The Next Day
Let’s see if it set properly...
① Cucumber Lattice Terrine

The surface was firm!

I flipped the whole mold...

It came out nicely—this was my biggest worry!

Then I sliced it to check the inside—this was my second biggest worry 😅

Close-up!
② Mini Glass Terrines (3 types)

🌷 Salt koji chicken (salt flavor) + bell pepper

🌷 Salt koji chicken (yangnyeom flavor) + bell pepper

🌷 Vegetarian steak (soy meat) + leftover bits

③ Ice Cube Tray Terrines (3 types)

🌻 Aosa seaweed + rice puffs

🌻 Noritama rice seasoning

🌻 Plain version

I turned the plain one into a soft gelée!

🎊 Finished! 🎊

It turned out easier and more beautiful than I expected!
With warmer weather coming,
light and refreshing jelly-style dishes like this might be just perfect.
🍀 Extra Tip 🍀
Instead of pouring liquid seasonings like soy sauce directly,
you can turn them into foams, sprays, or gels—
it enhances the flavor even with smaller amounts!
Gelée can be stored in the fridge,
so it's especially great for those watching their salt intake.
Thank you so much for watching
Have a Happy day today as well !
