I love mayonnaise, but this creamy tofu and shio koji-based sauce (oil-free) is truly fantastic ð
It's perfect not just for vegetables, but also as a sauce for meat and fish ð«¶
You can also replace the shio koji by using your favorite seasonings directlyð
Tofu + vinegar + sugar + shio koji (or other seasonings)

It was part of a small activity we used to do:
ð·âLearning with Momâð·
(or maybe it was Mom who was learning? ððŠ)

At the time, my children were still very small.
Even though it was âlearning through play,â maybe I went a bit overboard ð
But they managed to memorize:
ðŒ Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto ð¶
like it was a magic spell ð§âš
ð A reflection
When it comes to raising children, it's hard to know what is right or wrong.
I did my best in my own way, but sometimes I still thinkâŠ
âI should have just played with them more.â
(A little lesson from an âimperfectâ mom ð
)
𫶠To all parents ð«¶
Your children are stronger and more capable than you can imagine.
Don't push yourselves too hard ð€
âChildren are not as childish as we think,
and adults are not as adult as we believe.â
