Actually, it was a week when I was traveling, so I didn't have much time to write, and I never expected that two of my articles would be selected as popular...!

For me, these are the three things I keep in mind to continue posting on note👇

1. Stock up on "drafts"

It has become a habit for me to take notes as soon as I think of something.
Don't try to make it a "perfect sentence"; just the title and main points are enough.
By choosing from those and polishing them on days when I feel motivated, I am able to continue updating without strain.

2. When busy, get through it with a "3-line diary" or "photo post"

There are days when you can't find time due to work or household chores, right?
At such times, I write a "3-line diary" about small events or realizations of the day.
I feel that it is important not to break the habit of continuing, even if it's just one photo.

3. Utilize the note Premium "Scheduled Post" feature

The "Scheduled Post" feature allows you to automatically publish articles you've written in advance.
For those who often find themselves pressed for time, making this system your ally provides peace of mind.
When my schedule is packed, I set posts for 7:00 PM in advance to ensure I have some "mental breathing room"⏰

Even so, I feel that there is meaning in the act of "continuing" itself.
