Chapter 2 concluded yesterday, and Chapter 3 kicks off today! So, I've decided to compile my impressions of Chapter 2.

Chapter 2: I Don't Understand Sales

Episode 1: The MVP on the Edge

The first appearance of Yukino-chan's colleague from the Desuka Sales Office, Naoya-kun. I thought he'd be a promising newcomer! All sparkly! But the ending had a slightly unsettling atmosphere that really drew me in.

That aside, Kadokura is so incredibly cute in the beginning that I want everyone to read it.
If you like Kurose from "Dekinai Futari," you will definitely like Kadokura too. (This is just my personal opinion.)

By the way, I've been calling Kadokura-san by his name without honorifics quite naturally, but I've been shouting "Kadokura!" in my head so much that it's become the default. Sorry. I do have love for him. Really.

Episode 2: The Melancholy of a Housework-Savvy Guy

Naoya-kun is such a good kid, if someone like him joined as a new hire, I'd probably end up fussing over him constantly.
Naoya-kun's kindness from the customer's perspective, and the senior staff's focus on profit from the owner's perspective—their work styles are different, but both are important... Still, I did think, "Watch your tone!" This was the episode where I thought, "Naoya-kun, don't give up."

Episode 3: Measuring How to Be Chosen

I'm the type who used to think, "What does HR know when they don't even see the front lines!" But HR has it tough too, since they have no choice but to rely on the numbers that come up.
I felt the growth in Yukino-chan and Maruta in their responses to Naoya-kun, and it made me strangely happy. While reading the series, I've started to feel like a colleague who has been working with them all along.

Episode 4: The Light Blue Mission

Area Manager Natsume appears! This is the kind of office lady I wanted to be!!! I think the real thrill of reading work-themed novels or watching work-themed dramas is worshipping people who work in such a cool way, so I read this thinking, "Yes, this is it!"
This was the episode that made me think, "I want to put my back into my work again, aiming to be like Area Manager Natsume!"

I can't get Kadokura out of my head. I'm a fan. I want to become a wall in the Nanka Sales Office.

Episode 5: Choosing a Room is Choosing a Life

The title comes from Area Manager Natsume's words, and it really was a brilliant quote.
Talking about money can feel a bit awkward, or you might worry about being seen as greedy, but hearing Area Manager Natsume's perspective made me think, 'I see, that's true,' and I believe that someone who can think this way will ultimately lead things in a better direction for both themselves and their customers.

Episode 6: The Name of the Favorite.

I found myself smiling at how Naoya-kun and the customer hit it off from such an unexpected angle.
Yukino-chan at the end feels so much like a mature working woman now that it made my heart skip a beat.
