On a whim, I used L-Step to create a FAQ Bot!

3 points I focused on while creating the Chat Bot
1. A mechanism to encourage the next action
When someone who has viewed a FAQ taps the "Solved 💡" button, it leads them to the service I originally want to promote (in this case, the 3-day LINE Consultant Startup Program), contributing to an increase in conversions.
2. Flexible expression using L-Flex
I used L-Flex, which allows for the free placement of images, text, and buttons, as well as the ability to set font sizes and colors.
It makes information easier to convey intuitively.

3. You can analyze and improve it because you know who tapped which button
When, who, and which button was tapped is data captured on the backend (L-Step).
By aggregating this data, you can visualize which items should be explained in more detail during LPs or information sessions.
Example:
If "Monetization/Lead Generation" in the FAQ is tapped often -> Contributing to improved conversions by allocating time to explain it carefully during seminars or individual consultations.
