Even if we break up, you keep pulling me back

Even if one party thinks they have completely cut ties, as long as the other party does not share that intent, some kind of route will be maintained. This is precisely where the difficulty of modern-day breakups lies. Can a court issue a restraining order for social media? How would they define 'approaching'?
