Trying to write about the true identity of the mysterious inner child
Hello everyone. I am Hoshi⭐️Shiho.
It is... whether you read it from top to bottom or bottom to top.
I am the type of person who always quits writing diaries and such right away, but
this is actually my fourth article! How celebratory!👏🍻
I started this Note to write about tarot and channeling, but
from behind, I am being pushed to write about the 'inner child'.
Well, whether it is tarot or channeling, it is a closely related theme, so...
So, it is about the inner child again.
Last time, I also wrote a story aboutseeing a 'live inner child'.If you are interested, please take a read.
As for me and my inner child, it is a theme I have been facing for many years, and one I am still facing today.
I even created a course for it.
Because every time you heal one wound of the inner child, you yourself become lighter.
It feels like a layer of skin is peeling off.
You think, 'Oh wow, what is this lightness?'
Moreover, the reality that unfolds starts to change as well.
When I healed one of my own inner child's wounds, even my daughter's reality changed.
A goal scored with this unexpected curveball.
Oh, if I start talking about this reality creation stuff, it will go in a different direction,
so I will write about that another time,
but what I want to say is the power of the inner child.
So, I keep pestering you about the inner child, the inner child,
but what on earth is it!
I would like to write for those who are wondering that today.
This is also part of the content of my 'Inner Child Course'.
So, it is quite serious content.
I am writing this in the hope that for those who happened to read this article out of thousands,
it might become some kind of catalyst.
Because even when I connect through channeling or do readings with tarot, the painful and sad feelings of the inner child of those who have worries come through.
Nobody wants to be in that kind of state, right?
That is why I want as many people as possible to know about it and feel relieved.
That is my feeling.
Just noticing the inner child is a form of healing.
So, first of all, I want you to know about the inner child.
What is an inner child?

In our hearts, the 'adult self' and the 'child self' exist at the same time.
No way, it has been decades since I graduated from being a child, so that cannot be true,
you might think, but they are there, inside you.
Usually, I go about my life with a straight face, acting like 'I am an adult,' but in sudden moments, the 'sensations from childhood' can show their face.
As for my own examples,
I react hypersensitively to other people's slight remarks or actions.
I endure things because I want to be liked by others and am afraid of being disliked.
Even though I actually want to be spoiled and helped, I pretend to be okay and act tough.
I always give up or quit halfway through.
I prioritize others.
I get anxious imagining things that haven't even happened yet.
There is no end to it.
These are just a few, and there are many more.
Do any of these apply to you too?
I think there are cases where you are consciously aware of it, or you believe it is natural to act this way and do it unconsciously, but even if you think to yourself, 'I hate being like this, I wish I could fix it,' it is hard to change.
So why can't it be changed?
It is because these behaviors and states of consciousness are rooted in 'childhood experiences' that remain deep within the heart.
This 'child-like part remaining deep in the heart' is precisely the inner child.
Looking at it through the iceberg model

The mind is often compared to an 'iceberg'.
The part visible above the water is the 'conscious' mind, or the explicit consciousness, but beneath it lies a vast 'unconscious' or subconscious part.
The inner child is hidden within this unconsciousness.
That is why you cannot understand it just by thinking with your head, and you don't notice it even when you are acting normally.
The reason you feel like you 'keep repeating the same mistakes for some reason' or 'cannot control your emotions' after becoming an adult is actually because the voice of this inner child is having an influence.
How is it born?

The inner child is born from childhood experiences.
To protect themselves, children create rules like 'if I do this, I can feel safe'.
For example,
Crying → Getting scolded → Suppressing emotions
Being praised → Feeling safe → Trying too hard
Meeting parents' expectations → Being loved → Hiding one's true feelings
In this way, behavior → experience → beliefs and habits
are built up.
These small experiences are written into the depths of the heart, page by page,
saved, and the inner child file is complete.
The meaning of facing your inner child

Reading this far, you might think the inner child is a troublesome thing,
but the inner child is not a 'problem'.
Rather, it is an existence that worked desperately hard to protect you.
It is no exaggeration to say that you have survived this far thanks to your inner child.
However, if you continue to follow those rules even now that you are an adult, you will not be able to express your true self. It becomes involved in various worries regarding human relationships, work, romance, and parenting.
That is precisely why it is important to notice the inner child within you and speak to it gently.
By telling it 'It's okay now' and 'Thank you,' your heart will gradually become free.
Thank you for reading.
I am happy to receive a 'Like' as it lets me know that people are reading.
I would be happy if you could give me a 'Like' to let me know you read it.
