[Guide Map] Welcome to "Quiet Design Theory."

Introduction

Thank you for visiting "Quiet Design Theory" among the many articles on note.

To everyone who has read my posts,
to everyone who has followed me,
and to everyone who has sent a "Like" to my articles.
Thank you so much.

As I write down my daily thoughts,
I am honestly surprised and feel a sense of responsibility to be able to connect with new visitors.

If my humble record of trial and error
has reached someone's heart,
there is nothing that makes me happier.

Welcome to the place called "Quiet Design Theory."

For those visiting for the first time, I would like to write down a "guide map" for this place.

About me: Why "design" was necessary

I am in a position as a civil servant that society calls "stable."
However, in the past, within that stability,
I was always afraid of something and desperate to meet the expectations of those around me.

• Setback in high school baseball:
As captain, I kept playing the "ideal leader"
and wore myself out. As a result of trying so hard that I erased myself,
my heart broke, and I had the bitter experience of being severely reprimanded by the coach in the end.
• Realization during university entrance exams:

I felt uncomfortable with the school's spiritualism and dared to stick to a blueprint of "unique
and efficient study methods." This experience, which resulted in passing my first-choice school,
is my starting point.
Instead of conforming myself to the correct answers decided by someone else, I arrange things in a way that is comfortable for me.
For someone as timid and fragile as me,

"design" is the only weapon to protect myself and my wife's smile.

For my story, please take a look at this self-introduction article.

[My first note] The reason why I, who suffered from the "correct method," started writing my own "blueprint."

What I value in this place

Increasing numbers,
perfecting efficiency.

That might be one correct answer.
However, my design criteria are never there.

• Conviction over efficiency.
• Peace of mind to sleep soundly at night over numbers.
• And above all, time to laugh with my wife by my side.

To protect these, I organize my household finances, organize my heart, and keep my pen moving every day.

How to walk through "Quiet Design Theory" (Introduction to Magazines)

Since the number of articles has increased,
I have organized my posts into 5 "magazines" so that new visitors can easily trace my past thoughts.

Please feel free to open the doors from the place of the "blueprint" you need right now.

• [Investment Design] How to approach long-term investment and ways of thinking to avoid being swayed by the market.

• [Money Design] How to organize household finances and daily shopping, and how to set rules for money.

• [Thought Design] About organizing the heart, such as how to let go of perfectionism and how to deal with impatience.

• [Living Design] About mechanisms to run daily life quietly and without strain, such as the division of roles between husband and wife.

• [Guide/Record] About the guide map of this note and periodic reflections.

Finally

The connections on note have become a great driving force for me every day.

From the new perspectives I receive from your articles and your warm comments,
I am given the strength to do my best again today.

I hope this place will be a place where you can breathe a little deeper,
if you are someone who feels "I should be stable, but for some reason I am anxious," just like I used to be.
From now on, quietly, but steadily.

I intend to continue updating my own blueprint.
Once again, thank you for your support. 🍀
