[Closed] Photo Session & Sharing Event at Kameido Tenjin Shrine to Capture What You Love on Your Smartphone
[Update]
We have reached capacity, so we are closing registration. Thank you very much for your interest!
"I kind of like this view."
Have you ever had a moment where you felt that way?
It doesn't need to be judged by anyone, and
you don't need to be good at taking photos.
It's just a time to gently capture
the things you find yourself liking.
In this 'Jibusuki' event,
we will hold a photo session where we can all spend time doing just that.
Jibusuki is an abbreviation for 'O-Two no Jibusuki,' a membership I preside over. Our mission is to increase the number of people who learn to love themselves through their actions and habits!
All you need is your smartphone! You don't need a camera.
You can still capture what you love perfectly well.
The location isKameido Tenjin Shrine.
In the quiet and gentle atmosphere,
we will listen closely to what we 'love.'

Kameido Tenjin Shrine is dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane.
It is said that it was originally called 'Higashi Dazaifu Tenmangu' or 'Kameido Dazaifu Tenmangu' as the eastern counterpart to the main Dazaifu Tenmangu in Kyushu, and the name eventually evolved into 'Kameido Tenjin Shrine.'
The shrine buildings, with their vibrant vermilion and verdigris colors, are a place that fills you with vitality just by looking at them.
Furthermore, Kameido Tenjin Shrine has a Taiko-bashi (drum bridge).

The drum bridge has been loved by many artists.
For example, Utagawa Hiroshige depicted it in 'The Drum Bridge at Kameido Tenjin Shrine' from the One Hundred Famous Views of Edo. The bridge seen through the wisteria trellis in the foreground is quite magnificent, isn't it?
Hiroshige's work even crossed the seas and is said to have been in Monet's collection. It is possible that it became the source of inspiration for Monet's 'Japanese Bridge' motif.

I imagine that in the shrine grounds, which even attracted artists, how you choose to frame your shots will reveal your own unique personality.
Through photography, you will likely discover more about what you love and your own perspective on the world.
The instructor is michimag
This time, we are inviting
michimag to join us.
▼About michimag
Has been passionate about photography since student days. Started professional photography in 2011 after opening a select shop for miscellaneous goods. While working on product photography, lifestyle, travel landscapes, and profile portraits, she also serves as a photography instructor at vocational schools and workshops.
She provides support in a way that is easy for beginners to understand, matching their pace so they can capture the moments in their daily lives that they think are "nice."
I am a huge fan of the photos that michimag captures.
She also shares wonderful photos on note that seem to reveal her personality.
On the day, we will actually take photos while consulting on smartphone settings and "how to frame your shots."
"How to take the shot"
"What you love about it"
While valuing both of these, let's find your own "self-loving angle.".
You are welcome to use the photos you take as eye-catching images for your note posts.
A single photo that you truly love
becomes your own "worldview" just as it is.
Whether you are already creating content,
or are just about to start,
this should be a time where you can gently take that first step.
After the photo session, we have also prepared time to share our photos and
exchange our feelings.
Even when we are in the same place, the scenery we see is different.
By experiencing those differences,
you will also start to see your own inner self, little by little.
Learning to love yourself
might just be a series of small steps like this.
If this resonates with you, please join us.

"This sounds interesting."
That feeling is already the gateway to "Jibusuki" (loving yourself).
Of course, those who are not Jibusuki members are also very welcome!
It's not about whether you can take good photos or not,
but whether you can feel what you "love."
Why not spend that time together?
To keep the event small and relaxed,
this time it will be limited to 4 people.
If this resonates with you, please apply soon.
