[Happy Writing Marathon 22] If you had to list 3 'little happinesses' you've experienced recently, what would they be?
Greetings
Hello,
thank you for stopping by.
To everyone who follows me,
thank you as always.
I am participating in Ken Honda's Happy Writing Marathon.

If you had to list 3 'little happinesses' you've experienced recently, what would they be?
Happiness is always accompanied by someone's 'sincerity'
I feel that 'happiness' is something greatly influenced by the state of one's own mind and body at that time.
When I feel myself becoming capable of doing things.
When I am blessed with material things or money.
When I feel my own health.
When a new opportunity comes my way at work.
At times like these, I feel happy.
However, those are more like feelings of happiness that arise when 'things' or 'myself' are in a satisfied state.
Apart from this feeling, there is also 'happiness' felt from 'heart-to-heart connections with people'.
Among the many joys I have felt in my over 50 years of life, what remains most in my heart are the moments when I feel someone's 'sincerity'.
If I were to list three 'little happinesses' I have felt recently, all of them share the common thread of someone's 'sincerity'.
🌠 [1st] The sincerity of all the creators on note
It has been four months since I started note. While participating in the 'Happy Writing Marathon,' I have begun to receive warm comments from many creators.
Each word I encounter is filled with that person's warm feelings. When I read those words, I touch their sincerity, and my heart warms up.
As I reply to comments and leave comments on the articles of those who always watch over me warmly, I feel an even deeper 'heart-to-heart connection' with them.
I am very grateful for these days, and these 'little happinesses' have piled up to become a 'big happiness' now.
And I look forward to seeing these warm connections expand little by little through this note in the future.
I would be happy if I could cherish the 'connections' with everyone I meet from now on as well.
Thank you for your continued support.
🌠 [2nd] My daughter's sincerity
I have two daughters. The other day, I experienced something that made me feel very happy.
I was truly happy that my daughter expressed her feelings in her own way, and I have written about it in the following article as a precious memory of mine.
It was a happy moment where I could really feel my daughter's 'growth as a person'.
🌠 [3rd] My wife's sincerity
It is by no means a 'little happiness,' but actually today, October 28th, is our 25th wedding anniversary✨
Looking back on the past 25 years, it has truly gone by in a flash.
From job transfers, childbirth, and raising children, to building a house and managing our household finances, we have overcome every single event together as a couple, while valuing feelings of gratitude and respect.
I am still an unreliable husband, but thanks to my wife who understood me and watched over me warmly, I have been able to make it this far.
My wife saw the good in me when I had no confidence, and by giving me advice on how to interact with people at work, how to boost my motivation, and how to think with a future-oriented mindset—and by putting that into practice—I have been able to receive many wonderful opportunities in my work.
My wife is also always teaching our children 'what is important as a human being.' There is no doubt that it is thanks to my wife that we are able to live our daily lives to the fullest.
This evening, I plan to convey my gratitude for these 25 years to my wife, who lives apart from me, and celebrate our silver wedding anniversary with a modest toast online with our children🍸✨🍸
—What words should I use to express my gratitude to my wife?
—Just as I was thinking that, a message of gratitude arrived from my wife during my lunch break😢
To my wife's sincerity, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I look forward to our 26th year together.

What I realized once again is that'happiness' is not something that exists only in special events.
There is a lot of happiness hidden in the words we exchange in our daily lives and in the casual kindness of others.
From now on, I want to continue to cherish heartwarming connections while touching the sincerity of others.
And I myself want to be a person who can deliver'little moments of happiness'to someone.
Thank you for the wonderful prompt.
