"What shows are on now?!" STAGES Calendar is now available [Database of performing arts shows for the next 4 months]

Hello. This is Shimichan, a staff member at Ochirashisan.

Nebula Enterprise, which operates Ochirashisan, also distributes bundles of flyers at theaters in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Starting in September 2024, we have renewed the name and design of our flyer bundles, and will now be supporting your theater-going life as "STAGES".

Along with this, our new web content "STAGES Calendar" has also launched!

About the "STAGES Calendar"

We have compiled as much information as possible on performing arts shows in the Tokyo metropolitan area for the next 4 months in a Google Spreadsheet! It solves questions like "What's playing right now?" or "What can I see on my next day off?" We've brought to life something we, as staff who love theater, wished existed. Please use it when planning your theater-going schedule or checking to see if you've missed any performances!

◆How to use◆

・We recommend viewing this calendar on a device with a large screen, such as a PC.

・You can freely download the Google Spreadsheet as an Excel file. You can sort, add, or delete items according to your own needs and preferences. For example, please feel free to customize it by adding new items such as "I want to see this!" or "Ticket price."

Toolbar: "File" -> "Download" -> "Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)"

・On the Google Spreadsheet, you can freely sort the data yourself after performing the following operation. *Performing this operation will not affect how others see the sheet.

Steps to enable sorting
Toolbar: "Data" -> "Create a filter view"

・It contains information on stage performances scheduled for the next 4 months. If you sort by date, the titles currently playing on "Month/Day" will be listed. Please note that days with no performances are not accounted for.

・For each performance, we have included items such as "Link to website/special site," "Prefecture," "Region," "Theater," "Performing group," "Performance title," "Opening day," and "Closing day," as well as "Accessibility information" in collaboration with Theater Accessibility Network (TA-net). Please use the sort function for these as well.

・Performances newly added during an update are marked with a "New arrival mark (★)."

・If there is a video available that shows the performance, such as footage of related past works, you can access the viewing page via the "Related Video URL."

・Please use the status dropdown menu when planning your own theater-going schedule. You can select "Reserved," "Considering," "Other," or "Watched" for each performance.

◇Information on other tabs◇
① "Smartphone" tab
We have minimized the items displayed on the calendar to make it easier to view on devices with small screens, such as smartphones. The performances listed are the same as those on the "Calendar" tab.

② "New" tab
This tab only lists new performances added during the latest update. If you are already using a STAGES Calendar you have downloaded, you can use this tab to add only the new performances each time we update.

Theater Accessibility Network (TA-net) In collaboration with them, you can view a list of performances that include "accessibility information."

◆Usage Guidelines◆

・Information is updated around the end of every month, adding performance details from the following month up to 4 months ahead. Please note that the calendar will be temporarily unavailable during updates.

・Please refrain from commercial use.

・This calendar is published using performance information collected by Nebula Enterprise. If you notice any errors or have any feedback, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us via the form below. While there are many areas where our functionality could be improved, we would appreciate your feedback as it will help us refine the service in the future.

◆To Performance Organizers◆

・If you would like to update or add information already listed on the calendar, or if you would like to list new performance information, please contact us via the organizer form.

・While we perform regular information updates twice a month, we will do our best to correct any incorrect information as quickly as possible.

There are so many diverse performing arts events happening every day. We hope that by consolidating this information into one calendar, it will serve as a helpful guide for your theater-going experience! We hope this leads to your next "I want to go to the theater!" moment.
