Easy Sweet and Sour New Onion 🧅 White Version 🤍✨ (Part 2) Rice Vinegar, Salt, Beet Sugar, and 🌶️
Good evening 😊
The black sweet and sour new onion I made last time was so delicious 🤤
Thanks to that, it was well-received, right? (lol)
So 🤣
Once again,
I've prepared a white sweet and sour new onion.
🧅✨ This time, I used rice vinegar, salt, and a little bit of chili pepper. Because it's simple, the sweetness of the new onion really stands out 😍
That's right ✨
It's almost like Kai... (lol)
It's a white sweet and sour pickle 🐱🤍

Sweet and Sour New Onion White Version 🤍
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Ingredients
New onion... 1
Rice vinegar... 3 tablespoons
Beet sugar... 2 tablespoons
Salt... 1 teaspoon
Chili pepper... to taste
Instructions
Slice the new onion thinly.
If you want to keep the crunch, slicing it a bit thicker is also great ✨
Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.
This softens the sharpness.
Place in a storage container.
Mix the rice vinegar, beet sugar, salt, and chili pepper, then pour over the onions.
Massage lightly and let sit for 30 minutes or more.
If you let it sit for about half a day, the flavors will meld, and it will become glossy and delicious🥰
And right next to it is Kai, the self-proclaimed "Chief Taste Tester"🐱🤍 While watching over the completion, he drifted off into a dream...

This time's sweet and vinegar pickled new onions are...
🧅 Refreshing with rice vinegar
🧂 Bringing out the natural sweetness with just salt
🌶️ A sharp accent in the aftertaste with chili pepper for an izakaya-style treat~🏮🍺✨
The previous black sweet and vinegar pickled new onions were...
The black vinegar + soy sauce version had a rich, Japanese flavor
↓↓↓
For both, if you let them sit in the refrigerator for half a day to a full day,
they change from crisp✨ to juicy✨,
and become even more delicious🤤

I'm interested in the new onions, but
my eyes keep going to Kai〜🤣🤣🤣
And Jazz is in the back...

is what he said🤣🤣🤣
I tried making it〜
It was delicious〜
It went perfectly with this〜
and so on
If you let me know,
I'll be moved to tears🙌
And more than anything, it's a huge encouragement🥹
