Time-Saving! Minestrone Penne Gratin
Simply combine leftover minestrone with penne,
top generously with melting cheese, and bake.
It's a piping hot gratin that can be made in no time.
[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
・Minestrone... Remaining amount
・Penne... 200g
・Melting cheese... 1 bag
・Salt... 1 heaping spoonful (for boiling the penne)
・Olive oil... A small amount
[Instructions]
1. Preparation
・Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt, and boil the penne.
・Once cooked, drain in a colander and mix in a small amount of olive oil.
・Add the warmed minestrone and toss everything well.
2. Baking
・Transfer to a baking dish and top generously with melting cheese.
・Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 8 minutes.
・Once the cheese is lightly browned, it's ready!

Instead of penne, it's also delicious combined with rice to make a doria.
