Diet progress after my medical checkup💦

I had my medical checkup on February 24th.
It's been over two weeks, but I haven't received all the results yet. I might write a post about the results once they arrive (*´σー`)hehe

By the way, I'm the person who has probably been saying I want to go on a diet for the last few years (lol).
Around December, I made a big resolution and have been working toward the goal of losing weight by the time of my medical checkup.

Even though I went out and enjoyed some delicious food during Christmas and New Year's, in the roughly two months leading up to my post on January 22nd, I managed tolose 4 kilograms

And then, in the month that followed,

Even though I gained a little weight during an overnight trip, I got it back down in a few days. As a result, in the three months leading up to the day of my medical checkup, including a one-day fast at the end, Ilost 6 kilograms(*≧∇≦)ノ

And, and, half a month has passed in the blink of an eye since then💦
I went on an overnight trip for a drinking party in Tokyo, had lunch with friends which I had been avoiding for a while in January (lol), went to visit a friend's house and ate sweets, and went to eat soba while visiting a friend's shop that had just reopened...
As expected, I've let my guard down💦

I'm still being careful with my daily meals and doing my morning workout for a solid hour almost every day, but my weight has been creeping up, and then, I hit a plateau❗
It's not increasing rapidly, but it's not going down at all (⌒▽⌒) Ahaha! (lol)

No, no, this is no laughing matter❕

So, I'm setting a new goal (^^)/

First, before I go on an overnight trip with my husband on March 16th and 17th (that's in 3 days💦), I will get back to my medical checkup weight.
And then, after I get back from the trip, for the roughly two weeks until my next planned trip on March 30th and 31st, I won't make any lunch plans with friends (I'll turn them down! (lol)) and I'll get fired up again to lose about 1 kilogram from my medical checkup weight.

To do that, I'll focus on a diet centered around protein and vegetables while reducing carbohydrates (not cutting them out entirely, just reducing them) and make sure I feel satisfied when I finish eating.
Sometimes I'll enjoy a solo lunch at a gluten-free restaurant, go to a Western-style restaurant with my husband, and take a break.
At night, I'll eat half of what I'm eating now.

And, in addition to my morning routine (radio calisthenics, stretching, light muscle training, morning walk), I'll do 'Curves at Home' basically every day, and further increase my amount of exercise (slow jogging, muscle training) (being conscious every day of calories consumed < calories burned).

Well, how about that (lol)

In the post above, I decided to lose another 9 kilograms by December 31st (-15 kilograms in a year).
...Which means calculating to lose 1 kilogram every month.

Wait, no, because I lost weight so quickly at first, I got carried away and wrote -15 kilograms, but that's the maximum goal. Let's make the realistic minimum another -7 kilograms (-13 kilograms in a year)❗ (I got a little chicken (lol))

Anyway, I must keep going without giving up.
Of course, when it's time to have fun, I'll have as much fun as I can.
I'll also cherish time with my family and friends.
This is also absolutely important💗

Most importantly, I must not change my current daily life too much❕

I'll keep balancing my mind and body with yoga, enjoying the ukulele, appreciating tea, relaxing in hot springs, and enjoying my 'oshi-katsu' (supporting my favorite idol)🧡
And, I'll move my body well and get a solid 7 hours of sleep♬

In that normal life, I'll try my best with my diet without being swayed by the numbers, without giving up, without suffering, and by keeping a good balance (*´σー`)hehe

Thank you for joining me today
