[Momoya Arrangement] Punchy Nori Carbonara Mazesoba made with Gohan Desuyo! [No-Soup]
This time, I'm making a hearty, rich Jiro-style mazesoba using Momoya's 'Gohan Desuyo!'.
The 'Japanese-style Soy Sauce Ramen' I made with Gohan Desuyo! before surpassed 1 million views on YouTube Shorts, so I got carried away and tried making a Jiro-style no-soup version.
Using the umami-packed 'Gohan Desuyo!' as the base for the sauce, and finishing it with butter, parmesan cheese, garlic, and fried onions, I created an addictive bowl that is rich, punchy, and sure to satisfy any Jiro-style ramen fan.
Ingredients for 1 serving

■ Sauce
・Gohan Desuyo!: 30g
・Soy sauce: 1 tsp
・Chicken bouillon powder (granulated): 1 tsp
・Salted butter: 10g
・Water: 1 tbsp
・Coarsely ground black pepper: to taste
■ Noodles
・Saitama Bussan S-Class Washi-Washi Noodles Extra Thick MAX: 1 pack (160g)
■ Toppings (Garnish)
・Egg yolk: 1
・Parmesan cheese: 1 tbsp
・Minced garlic: 2-3 cloves worth
・Chopped green onions: to taste
・Fried onions: to taste
※ Quantities are approximate. Please adjust to your preference.
Instructions
1.Put all the sauce ingredients except the coarsely ground black pepper into a bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds.

2.Once heated, mix well to melt the butter, and the sauce is ready.

3.Boil plenty of water and blanch the bean sprouts and cabbage.

4.Boil the Saitama Bussan S-Class Washi-Washi Noodles for about 8 minutes.

5.Drain the noodles and add them to the bowl with the sauce.

6.Sprinkle generously with coarsely ground black pepper and mix the noodles and sauce thoroughly.

7.Add the toppings and it's done.

Summary of this time, side notes, etc.
Gohan Desuyo! goes better with noodles than rice!
However, when using it as a seasoning, you use a lot more than you would putting it on rice, so
a small jar gets used up too quickly. I have no choice but to buy the economy-sized jar on Amazon.
Also, about the noodles I used this time,"Saitama Bussan S-Class Washi-Washi Noodles Super Thick MAX"I've decided to buy these whenever I want to make something Jiro-style at home easily from now on.
At under 100 yen per serving for this quality,
7-Eleven's Pork Ramenand the like will probably never be bought again. In terms of cost-performance, it's silly to try to recreate authentic Jiro at home, and in that case, it's better to order frozen Jiro-style ramen from places like Butayama for better taste.
When you want to satisfy your Jiro cravings easily,
S-Class Washi-Washi Noodles Super Thick MAXwith lard, sweet and salty soy sauce, and fresh minced garlic will do the trick.
