Summer Vegetable Ratatouille-Style Soup
Ah... so delicious (*´艸`*)💕
The tomato has disappeared. Oh... just the skin is left.
The eggplant is fluffy, and the onion is wrapped around it.
Mr. Koya-dofu (freeze-dried tofu)... lol
You have such a fun, sudden change in texture.
Squeak, squeak, squeak♪
The soup, slightly cloudy thanks to the glutinous millet, goes down smoothly along with the scent of herbs, relaxing my body. The red and yellow bell peppers I saved from when I made steamed vegetables. Today, I'm definitely in the mood for these rather than green peppers♬
This summer vegetable harmony soup is based on tomatoes that are 'liquid for now,' isn't it? I wouldn't want to be without any of these ingredients, but really, Mr. Tomato, this soup wouldn't work without you (*ᴗˬᴗ)💕

🍅Summer Vegetable Ratatouille-Style Soup🍅
〚Ingredients〛
Glutinous foxtail millet or glutinous millet: 2 tablespoons
Eggplant (or zucchini): 100g
Green pepper (or bell pepper): 30g
Tomato: 100g
Onion: 50g
Koya-dofu (freeze-dried tofu): 1 piece
Rapeseed oil: 1 teaspoon
Olive oil: 1 teaspoon
(Using 2 teaspoons of either rapeseed oil or olive oil is also fine)
Water: 3 and 1/2 cups
Natural salt: 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf (if available): 1 leaf

〚Instructions〛
1. Cut the eggplant into quarters and slice into 1cm widths. Cut the green pepper in half, remove the seeds, and cut into quarters. Roughly chop the tomato with the skin on, and cut the onion in half horizontally and then into 1.5cm thick slices. Rehydrate the Koya-dofu in water, squeeze it out, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2. Heat the oil in a pot, quickly stir-fry the onion, then add the eggplant, green pepper, and tomato and stir-fry.

3. Add water, the bay leaf torn in half, and the Koya-dofu, then bring to a boil.

4. Add the washed glutinous millet and salt, and once it boils again, cover and simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

It's colorful and a perfect soup for summer👏

Housework is full of things to learn every day.
You can definitely evolve and grow every day. You can even notice universal rules and physical laws through the reality right in front of you.
Why don't clothes swimming around in the washing machine re-absorb the dirt? I realized it's because it's said that "water copies information."
Watching the inside of the washing machine every day, for me, Ayumi, it feels more like "dragging" than "copying."
Moving dirt from point A (the house) to point B (the ocean).
A tsunami is a good example.
It can drag trees, cars, and even houses along with it.
The two great energies of the universe are fire (yang) and water (yin), but
the power of water is just that immense.
So, the water coming out of the tap is "water" that has traveled through so many places, humans, and animals, containing all that information. Well, I guess it is a "copy" after all. 💦 And I touch that water every day, and drink it every day. Then, it copies the information of me, Ayumi, and that water circulates again to become part of someone else.
Polluting yourself or your surroundings is synonymous with polluting the water of the Earth and other living things. Discharging dirty water to anyone other than yourself can be said to be polluting the Earth's water.
Humans are incarnations of water. It's not just food that pollutes the body. The water inside your body is listening closely to your thoughts and the words you speak.
I think I heard somewhere, "If you spit in a well, you will eventually drink that water yourself."
That's what it means.
