The 'Water Area Cleaning' I Do First When I Feel Uneasy About Relationships✨ | Habits | Mental Care | Listen to 'Home Sweet Home'🏠🎶
A clean space, a clear mind,
a happy heart.
When your space is organized, your mind clears up,
and even your feelings soften.
First of all, thank you for opening this article.
I am always grateful for your precious likes, kind comments, connections through following, and for adding this to your important magazines.

As we go through our daily lives, there are days when our feelings are shaken by human relationships.
Whether it's with family or at work, words can get stuck in our minds.
We might feel mentally exhausted for no reason.
Even if I can't explain the reason, sometimes my heart feels heavy.
Perhaps some of you are spending your time like that right now.
Today, I will write about what I always do when I feel uneasy about human relationships.
It is a very simple thing.
It is simply to 'clean the water areas'.
When you feel uneasy about human relationships, aren't you in a state like this?
🌀 Thinking about the same thing over and over in your head
🌀 Only remembering the other person's words
🌀 Getting irritated by small things
🌀 Losing peace of mind
🌀 Your room and life are also a bit messy
🌀 Unable to organize your own feelings
At such times, I focus on 'myself' rather than the 'other person'.
🤍 The first thing I do is to tidy myself up
I used to think,
'Why would they say it like that?'
'I wish the other person would change.'
However, especially when human relationships are painful.
Actually, I am often just tired myself.
That is why I tidy up the places in my house that I frequently enter and exit.
The entrance, of course.
Especially the water areas.
The kitchen.
The washroom.
The toilet.
The bathroom.
Because we use them every day, they are places that reflect our own state.
💧 Cleaning the water areas becomes a time to settle the mind
When I start cleaning, my worrying stops for a little while.
Moving my hands.
Scrubbing.
Rinsing.
Organizing.
A time to use my body, not my head.
Strangely, my feelings begin to calm down.
And, after the cleaning is done.
There is a visible sense of accomplishment that 'it has become clean'.
This feeling is very significant.
A small experience of success is born within the feelings that were bothering me.
'I was able to tidy up properly'
'I was able to take action myself'
Such feelings also lead to self-confidence.

🚿 The effects of cleaning water areas that I actually felt
🌿 Health aspects
Mold and slime are reduced
The air feels cleaner
My mood lightens in a clean space
💰 Financial Aspect
Reduced wasteful spending
I feel like living more mindfully
I started treating my belongings with care
✨ Feng Shui Perspective
Water areas symbolize 'flow'
Not letting dirt accumulate reduces feelings of stagnation
I get the sense that the flow of air changes
🏠 Environmental Aspect
The whole house starts to feel organized
I feel like tidying up other areas too
My awareness of daily life changes
🫧 Things I actually felt were 'effective'
In my case.
After tidying up the water areas, my feelings settle down and become brighter.
It doesn't mean the problems disappear immediately.
After that, my emotions become organized.
Then, my perspective on the other person changes.
'That person is in the wrong'
not just that, but
'Maybe I was tired too'
I become able to think that way.
As a result, the stress in my relationships lightens a little.
Applying this, when I feel anxious or when it's a 'crucial moment,' I wash my car.
(Self-service is fine, and professional service is also great◎)
Simply put, it feels good to drive a car that repels water well on a rainy day.
Actions that no one sees, but that I can do, like visiting a grave or picking up trash.
All of these lead to an indescribable, refreshing feeling that builds confidence.
This is a small change I have felt many times.
💧Cleaning the water area is an act of cherishing yourself
Relationship worries are hard to find answers for.
That is precisely why.
You don't have to force yourself to solve them.
For now, get yourself in order.
Get your environment in order.
Just by doing that, the way your heart sees things can change.
🌸A small step you can take today
The image of pouring all my energy from feeling uneasy or frustrated into cleaning for the time being.
When you're tired, just the bathroom sink is fine.
Just the kitchen sink is fine too.
Try cleaning the water area for just 5 minutes.
Even just that.
After you finish cleaning, your state of mind might change just a little bit.
That small change will lead to your next action.
🏡Finally
Thank you so much for reading this far.
When you are tired of human relationships.
Before looking for answers, first take a look at yourself.
I have been saved many times by cleaning the water areas.
When I see a clean space, I feel a little relieved.
There is also a sense of accomplishment.
'I was able to take care of myself today too'
That feeling supports me for the next day.
Also great for dealing with May blues.
I would be happy if I could lighten your heart a little after you read this.
Thank you very much♡
