...Wait, 900 people?

No, wait a second.
When you think about it calmly, isn't 900 people kind of amazing?

In my head, I instantly thought, 'Do we have enough sofas?'
Wait, how many people was this cafe supposed to seat anyway? Haha

This cafe,
looks pretty quiet from the outside,
but behind the door,
the owner is quietly bustling about,
warming up drinks,
kneading words,
and occasionally asking myself,
'Is that sentence really necessary?'

Well, usually it's my emotions that are busier than my hands, though. Haha

To think that so many people have stopped by such a place before I knew it.
I feel deeply, truly happy.

As for me lately,
I've been sailing smoothly,
with plenty of room to spare,
and creating while always smiling beautifully

...As if that would ever happen. Haha

There are normal days when my hands stop,
and days when I say, 'Maybe I'll just take a break today,'
only to find myself writing an article before I know it.

Conversely, there are days when I think,
'I'm going to do this properly today!'
but my heart has already closed up shop.
I mean, owner, were you even planning to open? Haha

And sometimes,
even though I sat down thinking,
'I'll just make a light post today,'
I end up with an article that's like a hearty soup,
simmered with emotions.

I came in for a light snack,
but got a full set meal.
And it even comes with side dishes.
Why? Haha

But even on days when things aren't all put together like that,
there are people who find this place,
people who read it,
people who leave a 'like',
and even people who offer kind words.

I am truly grateful for that.

I don't think this place
needs to be a cafe only for people who are always energetic.

On days you can do your best,
I hope you can move forward a little,
and on days you're exhausted,
I want this to be a place where you can relax your heart a little,
like taking a sip
of a warm drink.

'I want to be quiet today'
'I'm a little tired'
'But I don't want to just stand still'

On days like that too,
I'd be happy if this were a place where you could
casually open the door,
sit in your favorite seat,
take a deep breath,and return to yourself just a little bit.

It may look quiet, but
this cafe is always quite emotionally busy. lol

“Should I write something mellow today?”
↓
“Wait, isn't this sentence a bit funny? (*´艸`*)”
↓
“I want to wrap it up seriously, but a little joke keeps popping up.”
↓
“Let me polish this a bit more.”
↓
“Before I know it, sentiment and sarcasm are sitting at the same table (lol)”

……something like that is usually happening.

What's more, the owner,
while staring at the computer with a straight face,
is doing this in her heart:
Today's special,
milk tea with a dash of emotion
—that kind of vibe.

I don't even really understand it myself lol
There are days when I post it without understanding it either.
Was a cafe supposed to be like this? lol

Even though this is a place with such an owner,
you found it,
you sat down,
and you've helped it grow this far,
thank you so much.

The number 900,
rather than feeling like “Wow!”,

it feels more like,
it has gently piled up to this point

—that is the stronger feeling I have.

There are days when things go well,
days when I'm a bit clumsy,
days when words flow easily,
and days when I struggle just to write one sentence.

In the midst of such days,
the fact that you watch over this place warmly
is something I am grateful for.
