🩺 Background of this mission

Within the D/D Drill mode, this "Mission 2" is a particularly immersive training mission.
A patient arrives by emergency transport. You must judge and act immediately.
How do you think with limited information? That is the question.

In this mission, the AI presents a situation where "the patient has already arrived on a stretcher."
It is structured to allow you to focus on "what to think" and "what to do" in a short time while maintaining the reality of initial response.

🎯 Mission structure

The questions are structured as follows:

1. Case presentation (short text)
   Includes on-site information, vitals, and general appearance.

2. Your mission
   - List the expected differential diagnoses
   - Consider the tests and treatments that should be performed immediately
   - List any specialties that should be called

3. Kuroda's response
   Kuroda will provide warm, and sometimes sharp, feedback on your thoughts.

💡 For example, here is how to use it

• Select chief complaints according to your specialty.
  e.g., If you are a gastroenterologist, start training with "abdominal pain" or "hematemesis".

• Challenge yourself with chief complaints you don't usually handle to broaden your perspective.
  e.g., Try neurological chief complaints like "headache" or "convulsions".

• As a review of clinical cases
  Have the AI generate cases similar to the chief complaints of patients you saw in the outpatient clinic,
  and verify "what else should I have considered?"

Emergency on-call duty is amission that no medical specialty can avoid.
By changing your perspective and reviewing with the AI,there will surely be moments when your vision clears up.

Based on an emergency case brought in by stretcher, you will perform cognitive training to respond immediately to "what is happening right in front of you."

Stay calm and try to establish a path for initial response.

🚨 Case Presentation:

A male in his 60s, transported by ambulance after suddenly collapsing at a convenience store. The caller was a passerby. At the scene, it was reported that "he was unconscious for a while, but is now responsive."

Medical history and medication history are unknown.

Vitals (upon arrival):

• GCS: E3V4M6

• HR: 48 bpm

• BP: 90/60 mmHg

• RR: 18 bpm

• SpO₂: 96% (RA)

• BT: 36.5℃

🎯 Your mission:

1. Differential diagnoses to consider (focusing on life-threatening conditions)
