What I did during the time I did nothing ②
Hello😊
The daphne has bloomed even more,
wafting its sweet scent.
Yesterday, I wrote about "garden activities".
In today's note,
I will write about what garden activities brought me,
far beyond my imagination.
And,
what was it that I did during the time I did nothing?
I would like to write that down.
1. The sense of "quiet"
Anyway,quiet.
It is the perfect word to describe it;
without being rushed by time,
without being swept away by time,
just being quiet,
the sense of just existing quietly.
Ah,I am just being myself as I am.
I was able to feel that.
2. The sense of becoming sensitive to subtle changes
Everything I see is breathing,
a sense that everything is emitting something subtle.
Embraced by something greater,
I am being kept alive.
I realize that I am a part of that.
The sky and the clouds.
Birds and insects.
Even the flowers and trees
know when to start moving on their own
while noticing subtle changes.
Everything is orderly and lacks nothing.
I thought, this is fine for me too.
3. The sense of not accepting what is unnecessary
This was truly significant.
Information full of noise.
Words that cause pain.
Relationships with people who try to cross boundaries.
Even though I was actually hurt,
even though I was not actually okay,
in my daily life,
emotions that I had crumpled up and pushed aside.
When I do garden activities,
I felt that such clutter
was being healed smoothly.
Even though I was just looking up at the sky,
a sense of things unraveling in slow motion.
What am I feeling?
What do I dislike,
and what do I want to cherish?
When you understand that, your life changes.
Do not accept what is unnecessary.
You will be able to do that by your own will.
The strange thing is,
one might wonder if that would make human relationships the worst,
but
when I decided not to accept it,
no one could cross the boundary.
I experienced that.
And,
when you can cherish what is important to you,
you become able to cherish what is important to others as well.
4. The sense of inspiration coming from nowhere
Regarding questions that have no answers,
at some point, from nowhere,
I experienced the flash of an answer.
Sometimes it was immediate,
sometimes it was days later after careful thought,
and in various ways after that.
I feel that I am being guided by some kind of wisdom.
🌸Things I did during my downtime
As for the main topic,
what I did during my downtime was...
It was,
being my true self. Being able to feel exactly what I feel.
Feeling exactly what I feel.
I realized that this is what I was doing through my gardening activities.
I think I will continue with my gardening activities from now on✨
Thank you for reading over these two parts.
See you again soon😊
