第1弾「AIで高品質デザイン素材を作る技術」

きっかけ 💡

AIでイラストを作るのはよく見かけますが、「実際に商品として使えるデザイン素材」も作れるのか？と思い、チャレンジしてみました。今回はコーヒーカップを題材に、5つのスタイルで作った過程をシェアします。

制作の流れ

使ったツール：

• SDXLモデル（ベース画像生成）

• img2img + コントロールネット（形状制御）

• Qwenモデル（清書）

手順✏️

1. SDXLでシンプルなコーヒーカップを生成

2. コントロールネットで形状を固定

3. プロンプトを変えてスタイルを変化

4. ノイズ量を調整して質感を追加

5. Qwenで清書し、完成度を高める

👉 この流れを一度作ってしまえば、効率的に複数バリエーションを展開できます。

作ってみた5スタイル 🌈

• 和風 ：漆器のように上品で落ち着いた雰囲気

• アールデコ風 ：幾何学模様と装飾性による高級感

• ボヘミアン風 ：刺繍模様やアースカラーで温かみのある仕上がり

• インダストリアル風 ：金属的でクールな質感

• アメリカンダイナー風 ：レトロポップで親しみやすい雰囲気

苦労したポイント 💦

一番難しかったのは「質感表現」でした。
ノイズ調整次第で仕上がりが大きく変わります。

• 少ない → のっぺりして安っぽい

• 多い → 形が崩れる、模様が過剰に複雑化

元の画像によって最適値も変わるため、試行錯誤の繰り返しが必要でした。

清書工程の重要性 📝

SDXLの出力だけでは形状が曖昧な部分が残りやすいため、Qwenモデルで清書を行いました。この工程を加えることで：

• 輪郭が明確になる

• 商品として使える精度に近づく

• より現実的で安定した仕上がりになる

結果として、完成度の差は非常に大きく、素材としての安定感が高まりました。

日本の伝統工芸風プロンプト：

やってみた感想 💭

一度コツを掴むと、短時間で多様なスタイルを展開できるのは大きなメリットです。従来なら何日もかかるバリエーション制作を、効率的に実現できました。

ただし、職人的パラメータの微調整は必要です。とはいえ、この技術を活用すればデザイン制作の可能性は大きく広がると感じました 。

次回はティーカップを題材に挑戦してみる予定です！🫖

最後参考までに

DITモデルを用いて日本の伝統工芸風のプロンプトのみで作った場合です。こちらは写真寄りの質感になりました。
小物の比率や形状の安定性はStable Diffusionの方に軍配が上がる印象です。
モデルによって得意分野が違う点も興味深いですね
