No More Buying at the Supermarket! Sweet Baked Sweet Potatoes with the Russell Hobbs Air Fry Oven [190°C for 45 Minutes]
Yesterday, Beni Haruka sweet potatoes were on sale at the supermarket, so I tried making baked sweet potatoes in my Russell Hobbs air fry oven 🍠
The size of the sweet potatoes was
about 6 cm in diameter and about 15 cm in length or so.
I hope this is helpful for those making them with sweet potatoes of the same size 🍠
Justwash the sweet potatoes well with water and put them in as they are.
Aluminum foil wasn't needed either.
I'll try baking two of them side by side.
The settings are simple.
Roast mode, 190 degrees for 45 minutes.
I'll flip them over once halfway through, at about 25 minutes.
After 45 minutes, I poked them with a bamboo skewer and it went in smoothly, so I let them steam inside the oven for about 15 minutes.
When I took them out and broke them open...
a sticky, sweet baked sweet potato was ready.
It's just like the baked sweet potatoes from the supermarket.
When I gave some to my one-year-old second daughter,
she was overjoyed, shouting, "Tai! Tai!"
She couldn't stop asking for more, saying she wanted to eat more and more.
She ate a lot with a big smile on her face.
If I can make such delicious roasted sweet potatoes at home,
I thought I might not need to buy roasted sweet potatoes at the supermarket anymore.
