Whole-Body Utilization Rate ── What is yours?
── At what percentage is your body operating right now?
If you could measure your body's "utilization rate,"
wouldn't you be a little interested?
From a practical, real-world perspective,
most people's bodies
are not even operating at 50%.
Our bodies contain:
• Bones: approx. 200
• Joints: approx. 260
• Muscles: approx. 600
Ideally, an ideal movement is
any movement that creates a "
single movement with the whole body".This means that since the
denominator (total number of muscles)
is fixed,the ideal is to
increase the numerator (number of participating muscles)as much as possible when completing "a single movement

Teamwork and Team Play
Let's compare this to teamwork.
Suppose there are two teams.
Team A is a team where everyone works on the task.
Team B is a team where only half work and the other half are dormant.
Even for the same task,
it is clear which team will proceed more smoothly
and which one will be less prone to fatigue.
If you were to join a team,
which team would you prefer?

The essence is the same for the body
When creating a "single movement,"
the more muscles that work,
the smaller the burden on each individual muscle.
• Fatigue is dispersed
• Less prone to injury
• Flow is created in the movement
• Power loss is less likely to occur
Yes, the higher the whole-body utilization rate,
the more beautiful, strong,
sustainable, and supple the movement becomes.
Truly, "resilient."

Reduce loss before increasing power
Many people tend to think,
"If I build muscle strength, everything will be solved."
However, the true priority before that is
to wake up the "muscles that are not participating."
If you keep trying with only a portion of your muscles while some members are resting,
results will stagnate and pain will easily occur.
This is especially true in the long run.
Will you build power while remaining unbalanced?
Or will you build power by increasing your whole-body utilization rate?
Both are "powering up," but
they lead to completely different futures.

Your body isn't changing.You get tired easily.Pain persists.
Movement is unstable.

rather than the amount of muscle training,
revisiting "whether you are inviting the muscles that are not participating"

"original team play."
