Immediate Decision, Immediate Resolution, Immediate Execution

"Immediate decision, immediate resolution, immediate execution"
I have really come to like this phrase recently.

Whether in work or in my private life,
time just slips away while I'm thinking about this and that in my head,
and in the end, nothing moves forward...

I'm sure many of you have had that experience.
In the past, I have missed many opportunities

by procrastinating, telling myself,
"I'll wait until I've gathered more information"
or "I'll wait for the right timing."
Of course, there are situations where careful deliberation is necessary.

But in many cases,
deciding to "do it" and taking that first step
leads to faster learning and better results in the end.
You can always make adjustments after you've started moving.

Since I started being conscious of immediate decision, resolution, and execution,
I have become able to handle even small things
with a sense of speed.

For example, replying to emails, creating documents,
or making proposals in meetings,
simply by deciding and executing on the spot,
the trust from those around me also increases.


In the end, reality won't change unless you take action.

That is why, when in doubt, I move first.
I believe this habit is the shortcut to producing results.
