闇深き牢の底
静かなる祈りの声
鎖に縛られど
魂までは縛られぬ

わが戦いは非暴力
力なき者こそ最も強し
わが道は不服従
真理にのみ従うゆえに

愛の種を蒔き続ける
隣人を愛し、自らを愛す

スワデーシー――
我が身の土地に根ざす生き方
身土不二――
土と我が命はひとつなり

私はここにいて、世界を想う
小さな糸を紡ぎながら
鉄格子越しに明日を見る
世界は、私たちから変わる

Letter from Prison

In the depth of darkness,
my voice whispers in silent prayer.
Though bound in chains,
my soul remains free.

My struggle is non-violence;
the weakest hold the greatest strength.
My path is disobedience;
I follow only truth.

My life is my message—
my actions speak louder than words.
Planting seeds of love,
loving neighbors as myself.

Swadeshi—
living rooted in one’s own land.
“Shindo-funi”—
soil and self inseparably one.

Here in this cell,
I think of the world, spinning thread.
Beyond these iron bars, I see tomorrow:
the world changes through us.
