☀️ [Noon note] Why not become a working professional teacher? "Your 'ordinary experience' can become someone else's 'special learning'."
You might already be a "teacher" yourself
The work you are doing normally today,
might actually become a "lesson" for someone else.
A working professional's "taken-for-granted" is someone else's "amazing" in the future.
When you think about it that way, doesn't it make your heart beat a little faster?
What is a "working professional teacher"?
Have you ever heard the term "working professional teacher"?
This is not limited to school teachers.
You, who gave advice to a junior colleague.
You, who talked about life to your children.
You, who stood by a subordinate's worries.
――Every single one of those moments is the very image of a teacher.
A working professional's "experience" can become teaching material
After working as a news reporter, I now teach Japanese at a high school.
Standing in the classroom every day, I think:
"A working professional's experience is the best teaching material."
You don't need major achievements or qualifications.
Just put your own experience into words and hand it to someone.
With just that, you are already a fine "working professional teacher."
Real "teachers" who actually existed
For example──
・A "storytelling teacher" who can laugh while talking about their failures
・An "HR teacher" who spoke while holding back tears at the entrance ceremony
・A "father teacher" who reads books to his children
・A "nursing teacher" who conveys the weight of life through their actions
・A "re-learning teacher" who started writing about their experiences on note
Every one of these teachers was pushing someone forward with their words.
That figure is, without a doubt, a "working professional teacher."
And you are one of them too
You are also a teacher.
Even if you haven't been introduced,
even if your name isn't in this article,
you, who spoke words to someone today, are already a teacher.
You might think, "I didn't mean it that way."
But the other person might have been saved by your words.
They might have gained the courage to take a step forward.
That one word is the proof of "you as a teacher."
The words of teachers shining on note
What I am introducing here are five "teachers" I met on note.
1. Katsuyuki Bito (Columnist, Author, 22 books) Teacher
"Don't praise your subordinates! New management theory taught by Shikigaku"
2. Right-hand person to the president / No. 2 development / Takayuki Hirahara / Representative Teacher, Conatus Management Inc.
"Leadership improves just by practicing 'what not to do'"
3. Midori / Hair and Earth-friendly Yatsugatake beauty expert teacher
"A 'beautiful way of living' where mind and body become one"
4. Self-improvement sommelier / Teacher who moves with words
"[Self-improvement poem] Learning is not a tool for bragging"
5. Teacher Tachibana Lenny
"All change begins with a desire.

Your words, too, surely remain
Even without flashy words,
even without a special title,
there are moments when a single word can push someone forward.
A single word said to a junior colleague.
A story of your own failure told to a child.
Advice based on experience given to a coworker.
All of these are 'a teacher's words'.
To you, who has not yet been introduced
In this note, I will continue to introduce such 'working professional teachers'.
But, in truth—
It is 'you', who has not yet been introduced, who is surely a teacher who will remain in someone's life.
Your experience will change someone's future.
You are the teacher.
Afterword
Thank you for reading this far.
I am sure you, too, are someone who has supported others with your words.
If these words today have left even a small impression on your heart,
I would be happy if we could exchange words here again.
Your experience and words
are pushing someone forward today as well.
